A: so the mobo that came in the pc is compatible with up to 6200MHz. the RAM that came in it is DDR5 5200MHz by XPG. never heard of them before purchasing this PC. i will be repalcing with better RAM and bumping it to 32GB 6000-6200MHz
Q: Just bought this. Is there any software I need for RGB or for the cooler/fan control? If so, what?
A: It does not have any software for the rgb. There is a button on the top of the case that looks like a reset button. Pressing that will change the modes and colors. If you want to turn them off you can press and hold that buttun until they turn off. Just do the same to turn them back on.
Q: What RAM stick does it use?
A: XPG DDR5 16GB 5200MHz. Although with the motherboard it comes with the Asrock B650M-C you can upgrade to much better ram it caps at 6200MHz. ill be upgrading to 32GB 6000 or 6200MHz RAM
A: I just purchased this earlier this week. It is Air Cooled. It is cooler master cpu and case fans, but I don't know exactly which one on the CPU. I can't verify but it looks just like a Cooler Master i71C. So not really the most effecient or most quiet. The CPU is reguarly in the high 80 degrees with the fans at full speed playing at 1440 and ultra settings. The performance is great, all benchnmarks put it in the 99th percentile, and frame rates are good even at 1440 with ultra settings. But I'm here to see if anyone has mentioned replacing the cpu fan and thought I'd answer this question. Hopefully it was somewhat helpful!

A: It is normal, it help to refresh the ventilation, mine does the same
Q: Does this computer come with WiFi
A: Yes
Q: What model is the case? Where are the hard disks located, and how does one replacfe them?
A: I think it is a cooler master - but I don't know the exact model. This doesn't come with any regular hard drives, there is a pre-installed NVMe. There is one 3.5" drive on the back. If you are adding a hard drive it doesn't come with any sata cables so you will have to buy your own. I had an old desktop PC I wasn't using anymore and used the sata cable from that. It has 1GB installed so I may not need the external, but I installed it just in case. It says there are 2 3.5" and 2 2.5" drive bays, but the only one I see that is plug and play is a 3.5 drive bay. You snap the hard drive into the mound and then slide the mount into the case and it clips in place. You access it by taking the panel off on the right side and it is under the floor of the case.
