Overall my computer is amazing. There was some minor hiccups but not worth giving less than 5 stars. Pros: - great ventalation in the case - runs fast - came safely shipped - no screws for case door, just heavy magnets. Made it super easy to check on the system. - wide range of RGB - low price with bluetooth, wifi, aux, etc included (when I looked at custom built it cost extra for this) Cons: - RGB can't be turned off from what I can tell, so I can't leave it on at night to download all my games due to brightness (very minor since it just meant I had to wait until the next day) - can be loud, this is my first pc so I don't have a base noise level to go off of. During games it can sound like a desk fan (which makes sense multiple fans) but regular google and low level games I can't really hear it. - user manual was limited until you had to go through a QR code. I wish there was a little more labeling on the manual since I knew nothing about pcs before I got this. - drivers and windows 11 were a bit annoying to work through as a beginner (had issues with system boot and my user files)

PC runs smoothly, it was very easy to set up, great value for the price.

I am going to college for film production, so I need a decently powered computer. I also play a lot of Xbox games so I decided I needed a computer with an RTX 3060. This computer is both affordable and powerful. I am able to run Unreal Engine on Cinematic quality. Its a good deal

Just bought the Gamer Master PC for a very decent price; also came with mouse and keyboard! I've got to say they make it simple and hassle -free. Product came in as expected, running smooth and fast. Worth every penny!

Aesthetics of this computer system are excellent. It runs very fast and plays games at max settings with no problem whatsoever. I would wholly recommend this system to gamers and non gamers alike.

I've done the hours and math and this was a better deal than building one. I needed an upgrade but wanted to save time. Set up took awhile like normal. It's much faster than my previous desktop. The UserBenchmark numbers maxed out vs the previous. I've read that this company is a good one looking to get a PC. No long term use of course as I bought it last night and picked it up today. It comes with 2 SATA cords in case you have an extra SSD. The motherboard has an extra M.2 slot but no extra screw. I have both and plan on putting them in at some point soon. Not a fan of the RGB but this is far better than my previous which was 6 years old in February. From what I've learned this PC is a mid-tier PC. It's still on sale and IMO, would be a good investment and purchase.

This is an excellent PC for those looking to do 1080p Gaming at 120fps! Although I only put 3 Stars because of the intermitent crashing caused by a bottleneck in the RAM, upon further inspection, CyberPowerPC only put one stick of 16GB of RAM in the motherboard! This is horrible for hardcore gaming due to the system running in a single-channel RAM configuration. If your PC comes with one stick of 16GB of RAM, this will give you opportuniy to upgrade the system to 32GB by using 2 sticks of 16GB, and this should surely resolve this issue if not prevent it!

About the computer, its components are of very good quality. I've been using it for a few days and its ventilation is very quiet, the box is spectacular, and the product itself includes a mechanical keyboard quite comfortable and silent, along with its respective mouse, I totally recommend this product. Personally, I feel satisfied, I love the fact that it comes with Windows 11, and above all, it is quite easy to configure and start using it.

I bought this for my birthday this week as my last PC was getting old, and this is a good upgrade! So far it has good performance and it came with a keyboard mouse which is good if I ever need a replacement for my current ones! Ben, Brandon and Tyler were also able to answer my questions and concerns to ensure that I was making the right choice with buying this specific desktop!

I was in the market for a new gaming pc, I usually build systems from scratch. However, I did not feel like going through the hassle, shopped around and decided to go with CyberPowerPC I was really curious to try out the AM5 platform with DDR5 memory. The setup was quick and the pc specs were quite good for the price 5 stars.

Very great pc could use more storage then just 1 terabyte but over all works wonders with games!

I am loving this PC. I bout it with the Crossair Xeneon Monitor and it's working very smoothly. I have not yet played any games on it, and this is my first desktop but so far it is looking very smooth and amazing!

Nice case nice LED lights, it looks the part. it gets the job done with no problem powerful enough for everything I have done so far. it comes with a corded gaming mouse and gaming keyboard.

This was my first pre built pc that I've bought online and I was a little concerned. Mostly over how the packaging and handling of it would be and also making sure it came with all the hardware it promised. I have to say after receiving it that I'm very satisfied so far with this computer. Not only was it packed very securely, but it also plays the latest games without a problem right out of the box. The only thing I might require an upgrade after a bit is the ram, but other than that it runs great. Definitely recommend if you're looking for an affordable gaming rig.

Great pc for the price .. love the colors and performance

So far so good. This system is smooth, fast, and quite. I purchased this system for graphic design. One thing I like ( besides the power) is that the glass side panel opens on hinges, and you don't have to unscrew or fight with getting it opened. This system is awesome! Best Buy delivered this in two days.

I'm really enjoying this build, way better upgrade from the previous set up! Nice and sleek, runs every game easily.
