Not a bad computer for the price. It needs a better cpu cooler.

Its pretty good for the most part except when it has the most random issues that i have to look up and get fixed.

Really good except I'm having an issue with the Bluetooth right now.

This is my second gaming PC and a great update from what I had.

The wifi antennas suck, the rgb lights don’t even change colors. And when I called Best Buy to fix it they tried to make me pay for it like it didn’t come broken. Besides that the pc works pretty good wifi antennas aren’t very expensive. But I would love for someone to tell me how to fix the lights.

Great purchase!! Its running great and smoothly so far.

Had for almost a year now. Runs games decent but LOVES to crash. Not really sure what else to do other than to look into different parts or get a whole new rig.

It runs pretty well but I’ve been having audio issues. With every mic I’ve tried when connected straight to the pc. The mic will randomly go off and then turn back on.

Loud fans. Pc crashed numerous times. Rgb was nice. Either had a bad chip or bad gpu

The computer was fine, it’s the poor customer service at the Olympia mall Best Buy. When the price dropped for Black Friday I was told I can bring in the receipt and get a refund for the price difference. The manager said they do not honor that and if I were to return the item they would place a new order at their convenience and I would have to wait after new year. She was very curt and obtuse.

Works for maybe an hour before it crashes and the fans are loud. Didnt even use it much

Bought this PC June 8th 2023 so I’ve had it for about a year and a half. This is by far one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. I wouldn’t recommend this PC because it just simply doesn’t work like it should. It constantly crashes and the screen goes black. It reads and error saying I have no signal. I switched cords and cleaned everything and it still doesn’t work. For paying how much I did and it to have this bad of an issue only a year and some change later is a joke.

a week after purchasing they reduced the price significantly, i wish i new that would happen before i bought it.

Runs warm from factory. Enter bios and adjust fanspeed in order to avoid safety shutdown.

I need this pc to be upgraded, i found this as an open box. It seems to weeks later it has heating issues and customer service was rude because how dare i be upset that the processors idling at 80 degrees celcius but i still spent the money to get the heating fixed by putting a cooler in for $140 out the door, but they blamed me saying i should’ve bought a better product and this wouldn’t have happened. I’ve been a customer for over a decade and now won’t be buying electronics from here after i get my pc fixed by them.

I bought this pc for live streaming and was told by the assistant that it would be efficient for my purpose. However, for an about 2 - 3 months it was working well considering it was only used every Sunday and a few Saturdays. Than after it shutdown while I was live streaming it kept repeating with similar issues and now it can barely be used.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Has been nothing but a headache since after the first month of having it. Has been in and out of geek squad twice. Screen goes black anytime I try to play a game. After the second time of going to geek squad work good for about a month and back to square one with screen going black and then freezing up. I essentially have a $1400 paper weight
