It came out of the box, cpu not working. Motherboard fried. Seriously disappointed.

Badly wired, case easily bendable, customer support is a joke I’ll rather go to the geek squad or call Best Buy

Has to return it because after only a couple days it was no longer working. We did end up buying a custom PC though and are very happy with that.

Everytime i try to load up a game or even turn my pc on the screen blacks out and wont reconnect. I would suggest you skip over this pc because it is just a headache.

Like many others, my computer constantly crashes when attempting anything more than basic functions. I’ve tried everything to troubleshoot and nothing seems to work.

Didnt power on at all, no lights at all. I took it back they said to return it and wouldnt try to fix it at all i research it and everybody else said power supply was bad.

Best Buy will be my last stop to buy electronics. For some reason they canceled my credit card for not using for a while

I bought a different CyberPower PC in February, unfortunately that one had a defective motherboard. Best Buy let me return it if I got the Geek Squad Protection Plan and exchange it for this one (as it was a month outside of the return/exchange date). According to Best Buy this one has better graphics, a better processor, and more memory than the original PC I bought. It does seem a little faster. It has a traditional fan instead of the water cooler so it is significantly louder than the other model I bought.

Amazing set up for the price couldn't beat it, super smooth and best part is you don't have to set anything up, plug and play.

Highly impressed with my experience and this PC. I was a little skeptical about going with a pre-built desktop, as usually it is cheaper to build one yourself. However, considering all of the performance, features and accessories (comes with reasonable keyboard & mouse, WiFi adapter/antenna) you get for the price, and the fact that it is all packaged well for damage protection and ease of setup, I absolutely give this product 5 stars.

Good PC it works very well great fps with games like valorant, fortnite, roblox etc. but over all thi spc is great no crashes so far hasnt froze or anything hasnt overheated wich is great although the mouse that came with it didnt work out to well but over all great pc recommend people to buy this.

I arrived two days early. The PC itself was an easy install, and It runs as smooth as butter, and is a s quiet as a cool summer's breeze. High quality mouse and a key board that not only lights up, but has a wheel to adjust the master volume. It's great for my graphic design job set. Super happy with it!

This PC is highly effective for running graphically demanding games with considerable success. I've been able to run Sea of Thieves at maximum quality without problems on this PC at 144 fps. I would highly recommend this.

this pc is honeslty the best thing i have ever bought i have been able to play whatever games i want with no limitations its so amzing and i would 100% recommned these machines to anyone very affordable and good.

Speedy gaming machine that can run FFXIV and WoW:Dragonflight really well as well as discord in the background. Setting it up was really easy and the RGB fans are pretty. It even comes with a keyboard and mouse.

I have had this PC for almost a year I purchased it during the holidays for a sale price. So far, so good. The graphics are beautiful. I love the design and RGB inside the case. It does what I want it to do, however I have recently come into an issue when plugging in multiple USB port accessories and attempting to run a game. All of my accessories will temporarily disconnect for about 20-30 seconds. I have tried to update my drivers to resolve the issue however it still continues. I researched it and apparently I need to try to reinstall windows so I may try that and if that doesn't work I will contact cyberpowerPC support.

I love this pc it was ready to play out of the box and was really fast and simple to set up. I would really recommend this to anyone who is looking to play games at good quality and smoothness.

I bought a cyberpover pc from BestBuy with great specs and could not be happier. I have had no issues running any games I have thrown at it. It starts up silently and have no complaints

Awesome PC, the specs on it really caught my attention with the price point. Also the design on this thing is sick! Everything is working and pushing to its potential. Would DEFINITELY recommend!
