This PC is everything i could've possibly hoped for.

The computer is an obvious upgrade in speed from my previous computer. The computer only comes with literature from some component manufacturers.

First off.... the machine in one word is ... Exquisite.... Beautiful piece of software, hardware and art ! Searched everywhere to find a new Gaming rig. Very satisfied with this sexy beast !!!!

Bought this system to power an Oculus Rift VR headset which it does extremely well. Exactly as expected! System doesn't come with some peripherals you might expect, but if you want a system for pure gaming or VR use, great system for the money.

This is my second computer but my first pre-built and i am very happy with the purchase defiantly and awesome but and and epic clean white tower!!!!!

I love this computer and have had it for more than a couple of months now while using it I have only found for issue with the computer and that was the motherboard because it doesn't support sli

This is a good pc with plenty of power and storage space. We bought it to train our AI models . So far no problems. Was delivered fast as well. 10 days earlier than the estimated date.

I can't wait to dig into this machine. It's beautiful. Install was a breeze. My only gripe is I can't figure out if it is possible to add anymore drives to the chasis.

I bought this computer after doing a lot of research and it not only exceeded my needs as far as specifications go but fit in my budget! The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because the digital halo download included was a pain to download...as i write this I still haven't received email instructions on the download.

I bought this for my son and he loves it, My son is a gamer and he stated that it was a phenomenal system. Good quality reasonable price.

I've heard many good things about it this computer, so I ordered it. Got it a week early, but had to return it in the same day because the io shield wasn't properly seated. Now the replacement got delayed for almost a month. I'm a little bummed, but I know it's worth the wait.

All positives besides one thing, they forgot the LED remote control so im stuck with white:/

The computer is its very quiet, I've had no problems so far. I'm very impressed

I was very excited to purchase this computer as it appears to have everything you could ever want in a PC. After unboxing it would consistently close programs randomly, disconnect my mouse and keyboard and even shut off a few times. I assumed it just needed updates but even after going through everything possible the fan itself would start to stutter when playing halo 5 or even streaming some movies. All in all I took it to Geek squad to be fixed and they told me they dont even fix computers through Cyberpower because there parts are known to not be compatible since they get any part they can that is the cheapest and slap it together. Since Best Buy itself wont do anything to fix this computer I would not recommend it. I ended up swapping this computer out for one through MSI which Best Buy will actually touch if there are any issues with it since they are an actual gaming PC Company with parts that match. All in all it was to good to be true but Best Buy was great with swapping this for a better computer through MSI which I was thankful for.

Very Poor experience with Cyber Power PC (not Best Buy). Purchased for Christmas gift, and it was failed right out of the box. Been waiting for parts for month. First they stated they could not ship parts till after the new year because people were on vacation. Second they needed my VISA to secure funds to allow shipment of parts. Third, You better like fixing your own PC. Fourth, i was promissed a new game dowload, although they never delivered on that promise. Called several times, keep getting new excuse every time. Wont answer my emails. Epic failure of a kids Christmas. I have tried everything to solve this issue with PC builder, although now I will need to ask Best Buy for assistance (as BB always takes care of us).

Turns on for 30 second then turns off. And repeats. Pretty sure the power supply was the problem but not adding since you're paying this amount for a tower. I got it 3 hours ago and had to return it. Do NOT buy.
