So far about a week in and runs everything effortlessly. I recommend putting in a new Power supply and some fans. But I have no complaints as of yet. Stay tuned will update if anything changes.

Great PC. It has hard to find PC components right now which made it worth buying instead of building. No issues so far. Ultra quiet and no air flow issues as of yet. This thing is a champ!

Great PC, especially considering the GPU shortage right now. Have bought products from them before and have been satisfied with them. Definitely would recommend it if you are in the market for a PC.

I've been using this pc for a couple weeks now once you get everything updated it works really well and runs very quietly. With graphics cards so hard to come by this is a great alternative.

Received this today and great built quality. No cheap GPU used. RAM could have been slightly better, but 16gigs is not bad. Overall good

This computer desktop is amazing, it is very fast and very powerful. It is the best thing I have ever had and will be amazed at what it can do on video games. This thing is a beast!

I've only had this pc for about a day and in this day it hasn't disappointed the only real issue was with the mouse it came with had a button break with me pressing it only once

Started out great but after 2 weeks it started booting slower and slower. At one point it was taking 15 minutes to get past POST and into the boot process. Cyber power support could not figure it out. I returned it to Best Buy and exchanged for another. I’m figuring this was just one of those computers that had an issue. I’m running a full motion race simulator with 3 monitors and it works great when it starts!

It runs so smooth, no cletches, its extremely quiet too. In fact, my 3 year stays asleep while I'm playing hearth stone or Diablo. I love it! I also enjoy the colorful lights.

Good pc cheaped out on motherboard, no additional fan headers tried to change my fans, made it impossible fan headers are removed from MOBO. other wise works and does it job

Arrived very fast, secure and the setup was easy. Pc is very quiet and the color is phenomenal. Price point was very iffy, but I can assure you this was a recommended buy.

The best option for a high-end pc for a reasonable price, excellent quality, and great functionality, already tested with heavy programs and high demand and it is perfect.

The most appealing quality about prebuilts is that they advertise "plug in and play" right out of the box. This was entirely untrue in my case. It took me about 2-3 weeks of testing and researching to get this pc to run how I wanted it to. Initially, it was barely breaking 60fps on simple games like Rocket League. I did some troubleshooting (download your drivers people), which took a while because I was completely new to the pc world, and I discovered that the cooler was mounted over the cpu in an incorrect position, which was causing major stutters and frame drops because the temperature of the cpu was much higher than it should've been. The only reason I did not return it was because I wanted to learn how my pc worked, because building one in this current market is more expensive due to gpu shortages. I would advise anyone reading this to find a different pc, because this one simply didn't meet my expectations like I thought it would. Once optimized, it will run games like Rocket League and Apex at 200+ frames with no problem (Doom runs at 100+ fps). However, this pc has a very hard time running Fortnite. It can hit well over 240 fps, but it drops to below 100 fps with major stutters almost constantly even when on performance mode and the lowest settings. I have basically given up trying to play Fortnite on it because my attempts to fix the stuttering have all failed. Also default settings had my cpu using only 1 core, which is pretty weird.

I just got it, and it's working smoothly, and it's much better than my old computer. I'm so glad I invested. So much faster boot-wise and all other aspects-wise.

I just got my beautiful PC from Cyberpower. Its silent. Doesn't heat up my room. And runs all my games so smoothly. Def would purchase more products from them

Overall fairly satisfied with my purchase. I have significant experience with building my own computers so there is a difference there but for a prebuilt, I am content. Would really like to see a beefed up cooling setup for my 3700x as a 120mm isn't enough. My biggest gripe is the case -- it really has poor airflow for such high end components.

I bought this for my grandson and is awesome he told me!! It’s so fast and the colors are so vivid!!! Grabbed this before the price increase. Was a great buy.
