A: Hey! I’m honestly not sure about the PSU but you’re observation regarding the case is correct. Mine runs 60 degrees Celsius idle, which is really hot imo .

A: Replace the power supply, I had the same issue and resolved it. Also go to the search bar at desktop and type in Event Viewer, then you'll find a Critical error that will say Kernel-Power code 41. They put in a crappy chinese power supply. Oh yeah, just add 3 120mm fans for the top of the case then your golden
Q: Is this pc upgradable because I want to get one
A: Yes you can upgrade this setup with ease.
A: There is a smaller button behind the 2 top USB ports that will cycle the RGB colors/settings. If you hold it down, it turns the lights off
A: Take off the side panels and check if the light wires came loose or undone (that's what solved it for me)
Q: how long of a wait should I be expecting to get the pc
A: I ordered one as well at the time of the RX6700 release. The company that builds the PC has a 4-8 week lead time. I suspect our orders will start to be filled over the next couple of weeks.
