recently bought my boyfriend this PC as his first new gaming desktop. I have a different gaming pc for myself that is intel with nvidia graphics so i was hesitant about trying out the ryzen for him. He loves it though and the staff at best buy was very helpful with my questions. I would highly recommend this pc or even a similar one from ibuypower.

Needed an upgrade from my oooold prebuilt pc from 2012, I was wanting to build my own this time, but alas, with the graphic card shortage, it's incredibly hard to find a decent setup. So I opted to get another prebuild, but I have not found on thing to be disappointed about yet! Everything runs so so smooth and the gaming experience is a dream on it. Very impressed and very happy!

This pc worked as intended. It worked right out of the box with no problems at all. I have had this pc for over 2 months now, and I have had no issues with it. One note about the RGB lights is that they do not turn on when the pc is off (some other PCs have the lights running even while off).

I purchased my CyberPowerPC from BestBuy. I usually prefer building my own, but with the lack of decent video cards and the prices, this PC was a good deal. Everything was packaged carefully with no damage. Worked great right out of the box, OS was already installed and ready to run through the mini setup. The system had an "excellent" performance in the Unigine Heaven Benchmark game.

For what it's worth when it's functioning it is an excellent PC. I do not know much about PCs but I do know I've been having issues with the Black Screen crashes. Ordered my first one and it crashed to the point of being unplayable. They replaced it and now after day 1 I'm having the same issues. I tried reinstalling all processor and GPU related drivers and updating everything else to no evail. Customer support is impossible to reach. I would almost rather spend the extra 1000$ to build my own at this point.
