This made getting into PC Gaming easy with a pretty beefy computer without having to hunt down parts. However I did need to re-seat the graphics card as it wasn't properly sitting in the case leading to some issues.

This machine works great. The only issue I have was it did not have any sound. I connected my Samsung monitor using the Display port. One end connected to the monitor, and the other end connected to display port of the Video card. I think this was the issue but I don't know how to fix it.

be careful the drivers will delete themselves randomly and screens will just black out. go with NVIDIA graphics card if you can

I don’t know a lot about pc’s and stuff but this pc is amazing. I haven’t had 1 issue with it yet and I’m able to play vr games and stream off of it at the same time. The stream runs super smooth with no problems what’s so ever. Would definitely recommend it c:

I added 16 GB more RAM because I wanted it and 3 exhaust fans to the top of the case 4/5 because airflow is definitely an issue with this case, but the system is 5/5 with the extra fans.

Great prebuilt PC although not every part is documented. Primarily the PC comes with Wifi antenna but no directions are given regarding their implementation, which is simple, but still nice to have a shoutout too, especially to people who are new to PC parts.

When i first baught this computer, i got hime excited to use it. It would not turn on. I went back to return it. It was a manufacture default. I got the new one, got home, and the same thing happened, i thought for sure a 3rd one would be a charm. However 4 months into having it. It failed i got a return and ended up with a whole new computer.

It is a good device, I just got a bad apple and have to get a replacement on my GPU and nvme.2 . I really hope that's all I sent all my money on this thing.

Recently got this pc and it's amazing! I am able to stream and play games without any issues so far! I'm glad it has multiple fans so I can be on it for a hours at a time without worrying it's going to overheat on me. Easy setup and installation process.

There is a shortage of graphic cards and this is the last decent desktop in the region. It was not my first choice but a decent choice.

Been pretty good so far and I have yet to run into any hardware related issues. It works with my VR, It doesn't quite want to max out graphics in games but it does pretty well. I admit I don't love the style of the case but it is functional.

Most of the games work great but every time i turn pc off it restarts itself so i hold the power to turn it off

i bought this PC for gaming and trading and it works great. the graphics card needs to be upgraded if you want to get 240hz. max is 120hz with the one it comes with.

This is my second cyber power PC (the graphics card in my first one abruptly died on me) .. so far this one seems to be working fine except it gets hotter than I’d like even when idle.. I would if you’re looking to buy this, definitely buy insurance too because you never know how long it will last. Also sucks that this computer was a couple hundred dollars cheaper a couple months ago.

10/10 would recommend! Easy start up and instructions were clear and simple to follow. Having used it only 4 hours, I cannot give my full review, but easy to say that this is an upgrade from my outdated laptop!

Graohics is great but the Video card is overheating after the warranty ended and it cintinues to do so

Works great for the price. I am having issues with the BT driver and that is why it is not a 5 star. Hopefully cyberpower gets back to me soon.

I decided to go with a pre-build for my new gaming computer bc I was tired of the hassle of troubleshooting. This was a perfect compromise! Plenty of power and beautiful as well. Price was decent too.

Bought a unit from Best Buy and it came dead on arrival and when I returned it to the store they ordered me a new one and it came working right out of the box, would recommend to a friend needing a PC
