Great…until it wasn’t…

Tech support was unable to fix it remotely, so now I have to drive 3 hours to my nearest Best Buy to get it fixed. My appointment is this week, here’s hoping it’s an easy fix so I can enjoy my computer again. I’m assuming Best Buy won’t leave me hanging with a $1,600 paperweight.

Looks nice, but frustrating

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought it for some games and home stuff ie bills, starts up fast, but when playing PC games and not high GPU taxing games like Minecraft, was wicked slow. Turns out amg software for GPU constantly gets removed, about 3 times a month I have to reload and install drivers. It's frustrating when the monitor will go blank suddenly with out warning and the PC needs to be restarted, then the drivers are gone. So again stop, reinstall and back to square one. May keep case and GPU and gut it.
