Too dusty

nice first gaming pc

Unstable operating system

However, it started throwing off blue screens / Window errors and rebooting the second day I used it when doing basic tasks (browsing the internet, downloading software). I returned for a different computer (not Cyberpower) as I did not want to troubleshoot.

VERY VERY HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY

I at least expected it to come with decent wifi. Instead I was receiving 9000 ping any and every time I used it. Also it is very clear to me that this mouse was pre used when I was promised a brand new mouse.

Manufacturer provided faulty Windows Key

HOWEVER within an hour of setting it up, I got an alert that Windows was not activated, and to go to settings to do so. When I went to Settings as instructed, it showed me the last 4 digits of the Windows Key and said the key was invalid. When I called Geek Squad, they said this was a problem on the manufacturer's end (not theirs) and that the Manufacturer shipped it with a faulty key. I now have an appt set up with Geek Squad to try to make this right but am guffed at the idea that I have to haul it all the way into a store for diagnostics, and will probably need the whole rig replaced due to the manufacturer's incredibly foolish/careless oversight.

Video Card Out in less than 1 year…they Don’t care

Now, the video card has stopped working. I called CyberPowerPC for support. They explained to me that I would be responsible for all shipping charges to send this monstrous computer back to them. Also, response for all insurance and damage protection charges…not to mention boxes and packaging. Ok…I’ll go to BestBuy…that’s where I bought it, right? No! They refuse fix, repair, send back, or replace. They do not honor CyberPowerPCs, yet, they sell them. Do not purchase a CyberPowerPC, and definitely don’t purchase your computer from BestBuy. Absolute robbery!!!

I am a heavy PC gamer and i bought the PC to play games like Conan, Wow, and Fortnite. This past month i would be in game for a total of a minute or less and then it would black screen on me. It progressively got worse to the point i could not use the pc at all without it black screening. I made an appointment with the Geek Squad at my local best buy but they were no help. Rather than diagnose my PC or even look at it period they encouraged me to just return it and find something else as this PC is now discontinued. I really liked the PC had it not been for that one issue. I wish i was able to get an answer to what was actually going on but i guess its back to the drawing board and comparing other gaming PCs.

Keeps crashing

It constantly crashes. It's the graphics card...on a gaming PC! The graphics card should be the best thing about computers like this, and it's what keeps crashing. I am a professional graphics artist, and wanted a gaming computer specifically for that. This computer is garbage. Cyberpower support is garbage, they never respond, and when they finally do, it's not helpful. And it's too late to return this piece of garbage. I work from home and use this computer from work, and I can't work! Almost 2k down the drain. DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER!!!!

100% regret!

Had this computer for two months now, and it started giving me crashes and black screens. Apparently its a video card problem. I tried everything from reinstalling drivers, radeon softwares, rolling back to previous versions even doing a Windows reinstall - to no avail. Geek squad is no help at all. Cyberpower PC ‘s support is just of toilet quality. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying this product. Now I know why its better to build your own PC. If ever you’re in dire need, go for the NVidia alternative.

Bad Product

Then it started restarting on its own. Sent it in to cyberpower headquarters on August 19th and they replaced the ram and video card. That took almost 3 weeks. Got it back from cypberpower on september 8th and not even another month and a half later the problem is occuring again. I only use it for running internet searches / youtube and playing a few games like valorant, dead by daylight, fortnite, back for blood, and apex. I am not using high settings on all these games. It is very upsetting, never using or buying cyberpower again.

Bad

I called and sent them back the RMA which they said was the issue. It took them 20 days to send a replacement and my computer still didn't even turn on. My boyfriend took the computer apart and saw that their was something on the motherboard. He explained to me that you can't get anything on the motherboard or it does not work. He also said that some of the wires inside were lose or not even plugged in correctly.

FAULTY, constant black screen crashes

I tried replacing wires, tried new monitors, outlets, reset and purged my computer, clean the inside. Nothing worked and the black screen problem persisted to the point I can not even turn on my barely 4 month old new computer. Absolutely ridiculous considering the pricing of this. Could not recommend this to anyone in good faith.

GPU issues

The GPU kept freezing up, and the drivers would crash. I do not know if this was the fault of the manufacturer, or AMD having some difficulties with it's more recent lineup of GPUs. Regardless, nothing I did, no amount of driver updates and clean windows installs would make a difference. After around four hours the drivers would crash and freeze the PC up.

Do not buy.

They constantly disconnect randomly and stop working for days on end. This is a really common issue amongst cyberpower PC's and the theories as to why range from bad parts to connection issues with the drivers. For the money, get another type of PC. Super unimpressed and wish I could get my money back from this $2000 worth of junk.
