    Computer ran for just over 5 weeks… then, the CPU cooling unit failed. Computer would just turn off after it hit the max temp. So, I returned it just a few days after the “return date”. Best Buy took care of it and returned it. Thank you Best Buy BTW. Can’t see spending almost 1700 bucks to have it not work in just over a month. Ibuypower pc is on the way but I wouldn’t use it company again. I did read some reviews, Didn’t think the reviews of it not work so quickly would happen to me, but here I am.

    I can't run Warzone on this as I keep getting black screen flashes which defeats the purpose of owning this. I will be returning it unfortunately. Aside from that, great computer.

    Not recommended, already sent back the 6700 for black screens. Put in my old nvidia 1050 and worked flawlessly. Just received the 6700 back from CyberPower. Annnnnnnd black screens is back. Probably about to just refund this whole thing and stay away from this brand. Unacceptable for $1800+

    Random crashes

    Out of the box, crashing randomly. Checked the connections still crashing. The point of pre builts is to not have to build/rebuild the computer.

    Decent machine but 3 months in and there is ALREADY an issue with something where all 3 of my monitors are losing their signal at the same time. Of course, for Best buy to "look into it, it voids my warranty". 2nd PC I have purchased, 1st PC 2 years ago the 1tb memory failed and I didn't even notice until I had no space for anything.

    Wouldn’t run

    On paper, this pc was everything I wanted. But I had issues the first day out of the box. It kept constantly crashing, saying it was an issue with the graphics card. I updated the drivers, hard restarted, factory reset, nothing worked. The computer was great when it actually ran, which was 10% of the time. After a week of frustration, I returned it for a different brand pc and a different brand graphics card.

    Buy something better from a better company. 3 months after warranty expired graphics card has a fan that's going out, the warranty is 1 year only, and cyberpower support ignored my submitted request for 2 days before closing the ticket with absolutely no attempt to contact me whatsoever.

    Such an expensive PC and the first day it arrives the GPU came defective and didn’t wanted to work at all. had to rush myself to the nearest store to get a solution. definitely a terrible experience. you don’t expect to spend this type of money on a PC and have to experience this type of issues the first moment you get it.     Right out of the box it has display issues. didnt work then randomly worked the next day. and a few days later back to not working. also randomly started shutting down on its own. took it to best buy and they wouldnt even look at it or try to troubleshoot it if you dont have geek squad (literally brought it back like 4 days after purchasing) all in all dont buy.

    Had one, traded it for a Alienware (which I love btw) When I first bought this PC I loved it although shortly after it started crashing on me, I brought it in to get fixed they said they couldn’t find any problems, I brought it back home and it just continued to crash ……cyber power PC‘s customer service is nonexistent

    Radeon Graphics Card Is Junk

    So I had to return this computer after 11 months. The graphics card continually crashed and had to be replaced twice. Radeon has nothing but problems. Thankful that Best Buy allowed a refund so I could try something different. I have an HP Omen coming now. Hopefully that is better.

    Worst delivery

    The UPS delivered the product on mailroom where it says it will take my signature . But unfortunately they just left it and the box was broken . The bottom part of the case was little bit broken. After i started my pc it was okay . But on the second day it crashed and the blue screen came in .

    PC was defective

    Owned for only a month. When under load computer kept blowing fuse, which was odd. After a few weeks of this though, the computer started just shutting down randomly. When i would attempt to turn it back on right away, it would again shut off immediately before even booting

    Out of the box has issues with connecting to the monitor and random crashing. Replaced with the same model and the issues were the same. Have to take it back into the geek squad after 2 weeks.

    don't buy this shyt. I am very disappointed about this purchase. I wrapped off the old system and change all components except the CPU and it still give me a blue death screen all the time. I am so regret

    I’ve had this PC for almost a year now. I love it, it’s fast and has great graphics.  My only complaint is that the serial number written on the PC is not registered to the PC. When I search the system It tells me that the serial number has not been filled by O.E.M. Which basicly means they never registered it.

    Got my PC and it was working fine for a week. After that my PC would turn off by itself. Took it to Geek Squad, few days later one of the associates told me CyberPowerPC sent a bad batch of PC's with bad CPU's

    Bought this and it didn’t work- returned it and got a new one and that one didn’t work. Both shut down after 5 mins of gaming. Geek squad came out and could not repair it. Don’t waste your time or money
