I just bought this PC recently and it is great!!!!

I got the CyberPowerPC - Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - 16GB Memory - AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT - 1TB SSD - White for my birthday on Sept. 3rd, and so far it has been working really well. The games that I have downloaded all load up very smoothly and have not given me any issues.

Just bought this 2 days ago and the screen will go black after a couple of hours. Says no input. The keyboard goes dark as well. Is this just cause of me or the computer. Other than that i love it

I had to give it back to the store and order it again because of hardware issues and wait another week. But the wait was worth it! I recommend this PC it runs good for Valorant and Rainbow Six Siege

After getting everything set up (which was a breeze) and running a benchmark, I was impressed by the quality of almost every component. If not an amazing piece of equipment, it was solid at the very least. So far zero issues.

bought this pc not knowing how it good it was going to be. turns out i got pretty lucky with little knowledge i had about pc's overall im happy with the purchase.

Well, like most people, I was one of the people going through reviews and judging if I should buy this. In the end, I did buy it and I, unfortunately, got very unlucky. When I plugged everything in and checked if it worked, it would not open, and I had to constantly restart. It finally opened, and I saw the "Gigabyte" screen pop up, and it had green dots all across the mid/top section of my monitor. I saw a lot of similar reviews where people had the same issue, and I realized that I indeed have a defective GPU. I went straight to my local BestBuy, where I bought it from, and they were extremely friendly and helpful. I immediately got a refund, and on top of that, they helped me look for other PCs that were similar to this one, and I could not find any that were in stock or available. The only one that was very similar was the HP Omen with the RTX 3060TI and had the Ryzen 7 5800x, but I did not get that. I will continue my PC search for a PC similar to this and hopefully find one.

PC came perfectly fine as is. Got a computer that was already built off of Best Buy and it's great. It came in 3 days after ordering which is incredibly fast especially considering the global shortage.

High quality product, excellent customer service and very fast shipping. I absolutely recommend the products of this reliable company. I will continue to buy from them in the future for sure.

So far so good. A little difficulty setting up but that's probably just user error. Very stylist. Do wish it had a place to put discs in, but a lot of computers don't have those anymore I suppose.

I just picked up this pc yesterday and I have not had any issues it runs smooth even on my slower WIFI. I would highly recommend as a starter pc if you have a lower budget.

Excellent PC for the money the video card alone is great. Plays games excellent with great frame rates. Won't have to buy anything else for awhile. The RGB lighting is cool too.

Not sure if this was from manufacturer or provider, but glass casing of my pc was scratched in many places, however everything inside is working great!

I am super excited to use this PC as this will be my first one and all I can say is WOW! very easy set up so it did not take long to start gaming!

I wanted the computer with out the peripherals but the computer works great and was easy to set up

it a nice pc with a rx 6700 xt and a ryzen 7 3700 x really good combo you can stream and have good fun

Bought this PC from a local Best Buy store, got everything connected, checked all connections internally….everything went great. Booted up perfect, looked great sounded great, performed great. 36 hours later, new monitor “Can’t find source” tried EVERYTHING….nothing worked. Read reviews on companies website and saw many of the exact same issues. Tried calling them before Best Buy like they have posted many times on this site, gave up after being on hold for just under 3 hours. Called Best Buy and got appointment for diagnostic testing. We shall see what happens but so far…..not happy.
