    Extremely frustrating

    Picked one of these up two days ago. The bluetooth absolutely refuses to work with any device. I tried connecting an xbox controller to play rocket league, but the controller would either disconnect 5 seconds after I tried to press any buttons, or it would make the framerate drop down to basically a slide show. I also tried to connect my airpods. I connected them the first day but no sound would come out, so I disconnected them and attempted to pair them again, only to see that my brand new computer was unable to find my airpods in order to pair them. This went on for over a day until about 30 minutes ago. I was finally able to connect my airpods just for them to disconnect 30 seconds later (still couldn't hear any audio out of them). I've downloaded the latest bluetooth drivers, Installed all of the software updates, restarted my computer, hard reset my computer, made sure the sound output was correct. Nothing that I've done has made this thing do what I want it to do. This whole experience has extremely frustrating. Why won't this computer just work as it's intended? At least it has cool lights though!

    Had an issue in the beginning to start it up had to go into BIOS and fix, but was fixed eventually and has been okay since

    Display issues after 1 month

    The first few weeks i had this PC it ran great. After about 5 weeks i had major display issues. No signal to my monitor. I have tried reseating my gpu and RAM sticks. I had to send this PC back to cyberpower which takes 7 to 10 days, then they quoted me a time of 7 to 15 days to work on it and then 7 to 10 days to ship back. I am extremely unsatisfied and disappointed with this pc. I left a good review for it a few weeks ago and realized Best Buy will not let people edit or remove their reviews. I had to create a new account just to inform anyone reading these reviews on the truth about this pc. Cyberpower has not said anything to me about compensation for this huge inconvenience.     Video output doesn't work

    Bought this back in November 2020 and right out of the box I had issues with the video output. The display ports have NEVER worked and the HDMI outlets were very very sensitive until they eventually stopped working altogether. I can't believe I have to ALREADY send it back in for repairs after owning it for less than a year. After troubleshooting for 2 hours, I've also seen that this is a fairly common issue across CyberPower models. It also has a tendency to randomly restart? Not a huge deal compared to not connecting to the monitor, but still.... Kinda wish I had just went with Alienware

    50/50 chance of breaking

    I bought is computer 2/8/2020 and it is already broken. I am told that it is either the CPU, motherboard or RAM drives that are broken. 2 error messages the computer system has. I bought 4 at the same time, one for each kid, and of the 4 computers, 2 are broken. It will shut down in the middle of doing anything and then sometimes a hard reboot will allow it to turn back on and other times nothing works. The other 2 work fine. So a 50/50 chance of having a good one.

    Look at a different computer

    This is the single worst product I have ever purchased and it also happens to be one of the most expensive. Stoped being able to run any game after about a month of use and I could not get anyone from CyberPowerPC to help. It is impossible to get any help let alone a response from them. I finally figured out the problem and it happens to be the most expensive part. DO NOT BUY THIS.

    Dead on arrival

    I had ordered this pre-built computer and when I picked it up from the store and plugged it in at home it would not turn on. took it back to the store to get looked at and they said a return is necessary. Unfortunate.
