PC is amazing Runs smoothly, graphics look good, definitely a good choice if you don't want to build one yourself.

I love this product! It came in a day sooner than I wanted and runs very smooth! My only issue is that the package required a signature. I made sure I was home for the delivery and it was just left at my front door in its original packaging... I felt uneasy that if I wasn't home, someone could've easily taken it given that they could see exactly what it was.

PC performance is very good, plays all the games I currently have at high settings. Noticed that temps run just a little bit higher then I would like, might consider adding another fan. Only complaint is there is no media (USB, CD/DVD) included with drivers to the hardware. I had to look it up on the Cyberpowerpc website. Other then its a very fine machine!

So far so good. It’s been about a month now and I’ve had no issues. I’m hardly an expert on hardware, but I’ve been able to play any game on high settings without overheating or crashing etc. A lot of people hate on prebuilt gaming PC’s, but with the cost and availability of parts, I couldn’t be happier with the ease and performance with this build. Plenty of room to upgrade when I need to, but it made entering into PC gaming easy.

Overall the pc is very good. Very fast for gaming and gets good fps for games. I would recommend this PC.

simple set up, great power. It isn't gasping for air unlike other prebuilt PC's. It's exactly what you pay for and I couldn't have asked for anything more than that. Great build.

The PC specs are amazing on paper and in person. However, I had quite the journey to make it work. When, I bought this PC I plugged it in and thought that was going to be it. However, the PSU was faulty, so i had to buy a new one (Thanks BestBuy) and install it. After I got it installed and it turned on, I got a windows 10 error loop. Luckily I could find the answer via Google. After about 24 hours of first receiving this PC, and downloading drivers, updates etc, I was able to get it going and it has been Glorious! Amazing! Radically different than my gaming Laptop! I am conflicted on what to rate this PC. I have always wanted to build and fix a computer but not a pre-built. For a PC that is $1600 I definitely worked to get it going to where I have it now. I give the specs and how it runs everything after all said and done 5/5 Being able plug in and play like how I have seen for all the reviews 1/5 An unexpected journey 5/5 Looking for answers from the internet and CyberPowerPC 3/5 Feeling accomplished I solved the issues and "rebuilt" a pre-built 5/5 Being able to replace any parts within this PC 5/5

I purchased this over 4 months ago and it is a great machine. I am not a gamer and I just wanted something that we all wish was possible, a PC that is future proof. My last computer that still works is 10 or 11 years old and I wanted something that I didn't have to replace for another 10 years or so. This thing is really a beast. The graphics card alone still sells for $1200. I paid $1649 for the machine itself! I did run into problems with the machine just blanking out and I do not think I was getting the black screen of death that you may have heard of. I reseated the graphics card a couple of times. It turns out that I had installed the Radeon Adrenalin software which was causing this. Windows update wants to install its own driver for this graphics card and the drivers were conflicting. Once I uninstalled the Adrenalin software the problem stopped and I was very relieved. I wish I could use the Adrenalin software and drivers but for now, I will just keep the version that Windows wants. 16 Gigs of RAM is plenty but since DDR4 RAM is still very inexpensive, I bought 64 Gigs of Crucial Ballistix Gaming Memory and installed it. I haven't really noticed any difference. I just wanted to slap some more memory into the empty RAM slots. This is quite the machine for someone that isn't a gamer! I like the multi color LEDs too.

I like this PC a lot! it has a very nice design and the free keyboard and mouse are okay. As a beginner myself, I found this very easy to assemble and install.

The computer tower is quite nice, super quiet & boots very quickly. I am very pleased with this purchase. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the keyboard did not work properly, keys would not work or repeated so I bought a new keyboard myself. Other than that I really like this pc.

The PC itself came in great condition, nothing was damaged or unplugged. The same could be said about the keyboard however the buttons on the top of the mouse were smashed into the mouse and were basically unclickable. Overall the PC was great with only minor issues since the mouse could be easily replaced.

The PC was easy to set up and works well. It starts up, shuts down, and install things pretty fast. I've had no performance problems with it so far. The only notable downside is the noise when plugged in and turned on there's a faint electric humming, though not everyone can hear this. This combined with the fan make it fairly noisy when running. Overall though a good PC for the price. 4.5/5

PC works great and was exactly as described! A great value, esp given the current GPU shortage. Smoothly runs any games or editing software that I've tried.

Good computer, very fast and great graphics with the 6700xt. Ran warzone at 144+ fps at 1440p no problem. I gave quality 3 because the rgb light control module was unplugged. It was an easy fix just take the right side panel off and plug it back in. Other than that. Great pc and good value.

Well, sitting here eating crow [tasty]... Didn't realize that hard drive was in MC2 slot covered up by the huge video card, and I forgot a cardinal rule of tech solving [power up and see what happens]. Lo and behold, it works and works well. No complaints at all at this time. Will follow up again in a few weeks. [This is what you get when you spout off before doing a full check...lol]
