First one keep shutting down on me tried a few things to see what it was keep doing it so exchanged it for same build. Hooked everything up was running fine played for about and hour then started to smell something and computer shut down. Smell coming from power supply. I hate that cause I have been a cyber power user for as long as they have been around. Guess I will be taking this one back too. Not sure what to get now.??? Called Cyber power they couldn’t help just told me to read the warranty info. Didn’t act like they cared. Guess I will talk to Bestbuy.

Many issues ended up returning

Could not run certain games that it really should have run. Admin not able to access and download to basic folders. Onboard video game was enabled and the fancy geforce was not. The one display port is for the onboarded video card only.... does not hook to the fancy geforce.

Too Soon To Tell

I only owned this computer for 2 weeks then the mother board straight up died. I took it into geek squad and they couldn't even get it to turn on and no bypass worked either. Ended up returning it a getting a HP Omen, much much better.

My previous cyberpower pc had fan issues too. Seems to be a theme. Bad fans, cheap parts. I almost guarantee best buy will be "call cyberpower " and cyberpower will sayto call best buy. Speaking of fans, while they all worked they are LOUD. (Opens file explorer) wwwwWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHWWWwwwwoooWwwwWOOOOOOHHHHH. Slow. That's how I describe this pc, do you like waiting for thunbnails to load in windows explorer, this is the pc for you. Windows 11 is used tiolet water.

Steer clear

It was a complete waste of money. After hours and hours of messing with this thing it still will not play ANY game. Within minutes and sometimes seconds either the game or the PC will restart. I’ve updated everything including all drivers, factory reset twice- same results. Steer clear from this brand!

Too bad The specs looked so good for the price. Did not meet expectations.

Setting it up is really easy and it runs everything smoothly. Surprisingly it had no issues running any game. It also runs very silently. Overall 10/10 PC. Recommend buying a pc from CyberPowerPC
