I bought this to replace an aging HP Omen laptop and I've been blown away by the performance gains! I'm finally able to crank my games up to high/ultra settings and maintain rock solid FPS. The case and configurable RGB look great on my desk. My only complaint is that the pump for the liquid cooler started growling after a week due to air bubbles after long (hour plus) gaming sessions. A bit of Google and YouTube was able to fix it though. I had to lay the rig on it's side for a couple of days during normal use and it moved the bubbles into the radiator and away from the pump. It's back to whisper quiet and the temps are where they should be. This is a solid system for the money. It has a twin with a standard cpu air cooler for a couple hundred bucks less too!

Love this PC. Left it on for 4 days. No issues. Never being satisified I added 32gb to the memory for a total of 48gb. One 16mb was $90 and what I wanted but two was $109. Matched them to the 16 it came with. Ordered a 30tb external drive to keep my junk and backups on. This thing is FAST. Way faster than my 5year old Alienware lap top. Went to a desk top as I can replace snything that hoes out. The bad? Went to play Phantom Liberty and the escape key is dead. Let Cyberpower know. Got this on sale st Best Buy and I purchased a one year anything warranty. I usually don't. I bought another but will soon have a spare keyboard either way. I didn't try the mouse as I have a Logitech gaming mouse. Plug and play worked great on it. I would recommend this computer to anyone, anytime. Still trying to find a way to dim the lights they are pretty bright but it is so pretty.

I was surprised how well built the machine was for the money. Good quality components, laid out well in a nice case. Nice clean windows install with no bloatware added. It’s pretty quiet, has isolated power supply air cooling channel and has incredible performance across the board.

I purchased a new CyberPower PC Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop. It was delivered To Bloomington Best Buy. I took it over to the Geek Squad for initial setup. The technician that set my unit up was fantastic and did an excellent job. I have been playing the Games I enjoy with no issues at all. The FPS is great and gives me a competitive edge in my Games. I have the PC connected to everything in the house. This machine can handle the load. Thank you Technician Luke. Best Buy has a courteous and knowledgeable Staff in Bloomington Indiana. I would send anyone there for help or tech purchases.

First off, the quick setup guide and the ease of use stickers are extremely helpful for users to get it on and updating immediately. It is insanely quiet and is more than what I expected. The side panel removal and glass door are awesome for future updates and the clean build for a prebuilt is pretty impressive. Absolute solid PC for anyone looking for prebuilt.
