amazing pc for the price. got it fast and love it.

Picked up my computer a few days ago from BestBuy. There were a few scratches on the inside of the computer, but it works great! They were pretty sizable scratches so just be aware if that is something that would bother you. I honestly don't notice them.

The case is horrible they setup the airflow stupidly where the one spot for intake of air blows air out of it while the back of the pc has two fans pointing towards each other defeating any purpose of them. Cyberpower reached out to me through email, but they can't do anything to stop the PC from overheating other than make an actual computer that works when you buy it. It's honestly so annoying that I spent nearly 2k on this for it to overheat within the first fourty minutes of playing it. Just right now while having Google Chrome open to type this review, this PC is fluctuating between 55 and 60 degrees celsius, which is really sad/

I recently bought a cyberpower pc and so far i absolutely love it and my purchase was fast and easy i would def recommend to others.

Bought the pc for Black Friday and was a very easy to use with only having to plug in and play!

amazing fast not slow can handle anything came with mouse and keybord but the keyboard was mesh

PC is great for the price and what I plan to do. The only problem was the keyboard did not work.

best buy did a great job. the pc was a bit problematic. CPU cooler wasn't bolted down and windows wasn't installed. other then that good hardware for the money at the time

It came a little broken but I got it fixed and it is so good!

I love it so far. I can play anything on ultra-high settings.

Best Buy Customer service was amazing. I love this PC!

Overheating problems. constantly running at 90c under a heavy load. All fans were blowing air out, the radiator had two fans acting as exhaust. I moved the radiator to the top and moved the additional fan back to the exhaust. Flipped the side fans so they were blowing in, and added a front fan. This brought the temp down, but it's still in the high 80c. AMD chips run hot but they start throttling at 90c. Ultimately, because I couldn't fix the overheating problem with reasonable work, it just means this guy was put together poorly. I'm not sure if this next issue is CyberPowerPC's problem or not, but my monitors keep going out. I cannot get them to give me output again until I restart the computer. This is a sketchy issue that likely has to do with the GPU. CPPC did offer to replace it, but it would have taken up the days I had left to determine if I was keeping this machine. Ultimately, I've decided to return it.

The cooler is garbage, processor reaching over 92 C . Shouldn’t have to spend more money on something this expensive. Wouldn’t buy anything Cyberpower again just because of the overheating.

So I decided to purchase this PC and i wish i never did after 2 weeks one of my cooling fan started to make a loud noise without any reasons i called best buy geek squad to try to fix it they said you have to choose another one as i am at low budget i have ro send to the manufacturer to fix it and it's taking 4 to 5 weeks so don't buy it save your money or choose another brand
