Downgraded on Second Attempt

The first one came in damage so I returned it and order another one. The PC is a very powerful gaming computer but the reason I give it a one star is the first damage PC I got came with a EVGA RTX 3080 ULTRA Gaming Card (Highest Tier for EVGA) and had two fans on the top. The replacement came with the basic tier EVGA RTX 3080 XC3 and no fans on the top vent. Very upset I got downgrade after dealing with the damage PC and awaiting another two weeks for the replacement to arrive. Still thinking about returning the PC, especial after spending over 3000 dollars after taxes.

I love the Product, but There was a Clear Issue

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Pc came in with the build quality you would expect of the PC, it booted up properly and the Pc ran fine for a while, but sadly, once I used the PC for a month, the OS became corrupted, and I had to download a window recovery usb stick and had to completely reset my PC. It was a bummer that the OS was installed improperly, but luckily, I was given a EVGA RTX 3080 FTW, so I was happy with this purchase.

Absolute BEAST!

Runs smoothly, can run 250 frames at 2560 x 1440p resolution in Call of Duty with 3 monitors all operating (given some setting changes in the menu), runs super quiet, and looks like a dang UFO. So happy with it!

This is the first PC I have purchased for gaming. Everything is so clean and sleek inside the case. Was not expecting the nice touch on the sleeved wires. Picture does not show the beautiful fans that run at the top of the case as well.

Fast out the gate, but fades in the stretch

I used it for high-performance gaming, and it did the job well, up until it was about 10 months old, when it began to show long delays in shutdown and startup. Now, even after cleaning the SSD disc, fine tuning BIOS and removing, cleaning and replacing the components, it struggles to even load Windows. Now, my 6 year old mobile is a more reliable computer than this “dead tank”.

DON’T BUY! Build your own !!!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just bought this Pc, and everything is perfect but as I was playing a game my pc turned off out of nowhere and turned back on , then I played a game again to see what it was The it happened again, but this time it will not turn on!!! I returned it back! I guess the way they built it is horrible and it’s choking the graphics card and everything else in there therefore there’s no air going through the front where the fans are the tower is garbage

Do Not Buy

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this CyberPower PC as gift on 12/20/22 and by 2/4/23 it had been back to BB 3 times for lose parts...3rd time BB took old one and ordered new one that will be assemble by BB instead of CP. Before this started acting up I'd purchased a 2nd CP for myself and that one was return day one...never powered up. I would return this one but now it's cover by BB TT so I'm not worried about being out any $ if it breaks down. Bottom line is I would not purchase one of these without the BB TT protection. CP does not know how to screw the parts together. When I need another PC it will not be from CP.
