From day one the computer was overheating and then shutting off because it was too hot, and I couldn't figure out why. I didn't know the fan I heard was the CPU fan. Cyberpower is supposed to be a good company. I had no idea they were incompetent. How they could sell me something without it even working properly is beyond me. This is ignoring the fact that the computer had no wifi. NONE. Modern times and no wifi on a PC? I had to buy a USB wifi for this.

Wrong Graphics

Not happy..
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So far after waiting 2 weeks to get this computer in, I am not happy. I hook everything up as it should be and it turns out i must have purchased a faulty system since after trying out 2 brand new monitors i still couldn't get it to show any picture on the monitor. So now i have to bring it to my nearest best buy store to get it looked at and probably have to wait even LONGER to either get it fixed or replaced..ridiculous. They should test these systems before they ship them out. I spent a lot of money on this...

Got shipped a brick, still waiting.

It shipped as expected, but wouldn't power up. I followed the army procedure, and essentially an being sent back a refurbished unit when I purchased a new one. I've been waiting two weeks, I still have no PC, and my last two emails went unanswered. I called Best Buy to cancel the order, and purchase a different brand, but I'm told I have to wait up to another five days to hear back from the original manufacturer. I'm done with both cyber power and Best Buy .
