i bought this pc a couple of weeks ago and i have been using it a lot. i gotta say im loving using it, its very fast for most common tasks and even gaming. I just installed crysis 3 and it plays it perfectly even with max, resolution! love it and recommend it to anyone looking for a fast pc with reasonable price

I ordered this entry level gaming PC for my 13 year old disabled son for Christmas. We took it out of the box and connected it and it doesn't work. Despite multiple tries, the computer will not even turn on.This is the third PC in two years we have purchased from Best Buy we have completely wasted our money on. We bought a small laptop for my daughter 2 years ago from "Santa" that came with a virus on it. We had to bring it back to the store and try to explain to our daughter why we were exchanging it. After a couple of months, even with WebRoot virus protection, the computer ended up crashing with the same virus and it would have cost us more to have it fixed than we paid for it. (It was a small, tablet type ASUS) Earlier this year we purchased another all-in-one computer for my son for his birthday which also had issues from the very beginning. Windows was not installed properly and we had to make several calls to tech support and ended up bringing back the computer and exchanging it. 4 months later, the computer crashed and it cost us over $200 to have Best Buy ultimately decide that it was not covered under our Geek Squad warranty and it was a manufacturer defect. The computer has not been able to be repaired. I did not want to order a third computer from Best Buy, but it was the only company that sold the gaming computer our son asked for. Once again Best Buy has disappointed us extremely. My son is in tears because his Christmas present he has been waiting all year for doesn't work at all. Tomorrow our day will begin with another call with computer number 3. I will NEVER again buy a computer from them.
