Machine randomly rebooting. Have also had to do a factory reset twice. Once for Blue Screen of Death and once because it just stopped recognizing the mouse. Cyberpower tech support has been very helpful.

really good pc for starting games that are interested in pc gaming 100% recommend this pc

Got this as a Christmas gift, doesn't come with wifi or Bluetooth so had to get USB addons, everything worked well until it started to crash all the time, for no reason. I'd being doing something on it and it'd just randomly crash, sometimes repetitively. Oddly enough the only time it didn't crash was when I was in certain games. It's a decent gaming pc but don't expect to be able to play anything intense. Mine came with a lot of problems that led to me getting a different pc, but maybe that's just mine.

This is a great computer for gaming. I use it daily running multiple games and websites at the same time. No lag and no fps drops.

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my son. During the update to Windows 10, the motherboard was corrupted and the graphics card went out. I contacted tech support and was given a “Windows Quick Fix” that didn’t work. When I tried calling tech support again the call went to voice mail. Left a message and never heard back (sent an email that also received no response). I’m not a big Gamer, but my son is and he is disappointed in the product and the level of service. Needless to say we will most likely be purchasing a different product from a different company.

Good Pc easy to setup, not to many wires or anything, super cool case and colors are nice and bright. Only downside is my LEDs are unsticking for some reason so that sucked and I even opened it up and pressed it on again but woke up to it off again.

This Computer runs amazing! With 8gb ram it never slows down! And 1tb of space it can hold all my games and still run smoothly.

My 14 year old son got this computer for Christmas and loves it. Says it works great, and so far has handled every game he has.

I purchased this machine for my kids they want to play games and they needed a computer for homework. I read a couple of the reviews about the WIFI usb being slow but it was an easy fix just updated the drivers, now everything is working perfectly.

Service was fantastic by Best Buy, and i cant help but brag about the product and how the company makes it so easy to setup.

This PC is honestly great, good storage and all! I was unaware that it lacked the ability to make sound but they make up for it by giving away a free headset, for me at least. I highly recommend this as a gaming pc to those serious about gaming

If you're willing to pay 500ish dollars on this 'gaming PC', then I've got a great offer on some beach front property in Wyoming I'd like to discuss with you. This thing is terrible. It over heats, it won't wake up from sleep, when you reboot it from sleep it stays in sleep mode and you have to unplug it and wait before it starts to boot up again. The graphics card is terrible, the fans are cheap and it's just not worth the money DO NOT BUY THIS. Spend your money on an equivalent big name computer (Dell, HP, Asus, etc.). You may not get comparable specs, but you will get a PC that works (unlike the cyberpower pc) and if it doesn't work, the customer service actually helps you.

When I fist got this PC I Over joyed I just begun going to a Trade high school and i want to be a IT Tech even though I went in to Auto Body because I love working on cars but this computer help my passion on working on computers.

The computer looks good, performs great, and it is customizable. I recommend it.
