    This was to be my son's big Christmas gift. Unfortunately I must have missed the fact that one entire side panel of the pc is GLASS!! Yes, 3/16" plate glass. Great for a kid's room, eh? What a shame. I'll be trying to fashion a clear plastic panel today.

    Not good for gaming

    As a avid gamer I can say that this PC is not suitable for game play at all. I have tried countless of times and different methods to get it running with out crashing or lagging. The game I have used for testing is PUBG and I can either get it running with out lag then crashing or get it running with lag and no crashing. You can build a better PC for the price. The only reason I gave it two stars vs one is because this is my work pc and it does what my boss intended it to do. Just doesn't play games.

    got good deal this is my second pc. the first one was replaced 100% by best buy due to power surge issues...good thing I got a 3 year warranty with this product.

    Great for starting

    The computer runs great, my only problems with the product is it connecting to it to a monitor, and having a key stick on the keyboard.

    broken keyboard - NO returns

    Computer SEEMS good but broken keys on keyboard - The REAL problem is NO RETURNS unless uninstall all programs and bring entire computer in. FOR ONE FREAKING KEY. Then wait another week and hope the keyboard is not broken AGAIN. So it cost an extra $40 because they will not replace OR fix a keyboard unless the entire package is returned.

    Crashing and Green Screening

    Right now quite upset. Less then a month and The computer will randomly 'green' screen and sometimes recover other times it doesnt and just force rests itself. And I can't find any corilation to events or programs since it has happened just browsing the web to running art programs like Sai. Had it in to geeksquad and was told my drivers needed updating (Tried that before bringing it in) but thought sure let them try, got it back told me they updated it and sure enough. Green screen and reboot less then an hour into turning it back on. Tried Diffrent cords, ports, and screens. Now I'm waiting on a call back.

    Worst PC Ever

    This was the biggest waste of $600. I wish i could still return this because every single day it blue screens or crashes and performs terrible. Always stuttering and freezing or waiting for something to load. This computer is more worth $100 and I would not recommend to buy it. It can play some games slightly decent at all low settings and you get about 60 fps. For example fortnite with settings on all low will get you 50-60 fps which is not seeming like $600 worth of power. I regret buying this pc everyday. TERRIBLE

    This system had large issues.

    Back in 2019, When i first got this, I plugged in the wifi adapter, A few minutes later, Working in Roblox Studio, All USBS turned off, powered back on, and the system got a blue screen, I took it to a repair store, waste of $200 on my dad because they made it worse, any usb i would plug into it would cause it to crash/hang. A refund would have been nice. This system is no longer usable as of today.

    Computer worked great at the start, even though it shipped without any foam inside of the computer. After exactly a month of use the motherboard quit responding. Will be taking it back to BestBuy tomorrow.

    Beware!!! Computer Freezes after 1 Month!

    I got this computer back in november and everything was great until it started to freeze randomly. I checked online and there are multiple reports of this happening to multiple people. Of course, bestbuy doesn't let you return the computer after 15 days. It freezes more frequently now and it's really frustrating. If you wanna lose over $600 go ahead and buy this piece of junk!!

    2nd computer with issues

    this is actually my replacement computer after the first one had a damaged hard drive and now this one was delivered today and it has video card problems. Seriously bestbuy, now i have to wait for another week to get a replacement. That would be my third one.

    Very Disappointed

    I bought this computer about 2 months ago and honestly I was able to play more triple A games on my xbox than I could with this pc... Bought forza horizon 3 a couple hours ago and cant even play the game at the lowest graphic settings... literally only got 11 FPS the whole time... will never buy a prebuilt computer again

    Horrible experience with this computer

    Our first gaming computer, bought for our son at Christmas, crapped out within 2 months. Now they tell me the game card was bad in it. I cannot do anything with it at Best Buy, and now have to contact the manufacturing company. Horrible computer!!

    Doesn't last long

    After about 3 to 4 months the Personal Computer I bought just started crashing for no apparent reason, its happening more frequently now. Not to mention the RGB strips adhesive is worn out and keeps falling and I've tried many things to get the adhesive to stick but in the end, I just removed the darn thing.

    Games crashing/freezing

    I bought this PC about 2 months ago and have been having issues where i get disconnected from Fortnite for internet issues but its not the wifis fault. The internet is fine. then it started to freeze the game as well
