Horrible
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really can't give a review cause it doesnt work. Son opened up Christmas morning. Hook everything up, power it on and nothing. Only the fan would work. Checked all connections and was able to get the LED lights to come on but that's it. Never been so disappointed. Really feel bad for him. Will be taking back tomorrow. Will not be buying this product again.

We are sorry to hear of your experience. When setting up the computer please ensure the monitor is connect to the video card. You may see two sets of video ports, one set on the motherboard and another coming from the video card. Ensure you connect to the video card as the motherboard set is automatically disabled due to the installment of a dedicated video card. ||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I made a review of this product after a couple weeks of owning it. It was PERFECT for the first month or so (when I was using it the MOST!) although now it seems to be slowing to a crawl. There is many things that have ended up wrong with this PC, and if it had been a little more recently that I bought it, I would ask for my money back. The CPU fan busted after a month of owning it. Although this was free to replace, it still happened and I had to replace it myself. Alongside that, the computer cannot handle Windows 10. Granted W10 is a pain for literally everyone, this computer crumbles when it comes to new updates, to the point where simple tasks such as opening my file explorer error out. Furthermore, I try to run a dual screen setup, but this computer has trouble doing that. Using regular size (base for everything, nothing intense at all) and graphics for all games, the computer itself spazzes out whenever you CTRL Tab to different screens. The gaming on it is still pretty meh, you can do high graphics on MOST games, but not all, which is to be expected for a starter PC. Overall, this PC aged like milk, and is something that I wouldn't buy again. I would much rather pay hundreds, one or two thousand more for a good, reliable PC rather than continuing to use this. I probably will try to upgrade this one sooner rather than later since I doubt I could get my money back.
