Quick, efficient, easy to use. Amazing starter pc! I was worried because I have only ever used laptops for gaming. It bogged down my laptop pretty bad and I got tired of it. I was worried when I bought this because it was my first desktop but I don't regret it one bit. I even like the keyboard and mouse that came with it. The graphics are beautiful and my frames stay pretty high in game. Great tower for gaming.

I bought this PC as a family office PC and for an entry level gaming PC for my 11 year old son. It took all of about 15 minutes to be up and running. And boy does she run! This is the fastest P, we have ever owned. Loading software was a snap and games function flawlessly. If you are in the market for a solid family PC or an entry level gaming PC you will be hard pressed to find a better option than this!!!

This PC is phenomenal. It has easy setup, is very quiet, looks great (you can change the colors of the lights, and it has a tempered glass case), and runs pretty smoothly. It's good for running most games, and has room for upgrades if you want to run more taxing ones. It also comes with a mouse, keyboard, and wifi adapter. And all of this at a great price!

I purchased this computer the other day during black Friday, and i must say for the low price I paid, I did not expect this kind of performance. It runs very fast (as long as my Ethernet is plugged in) and gaming is a breeze, whilst using high quality settings for pretty much every game I play. Pretty good memory and storage, and you can always upgrade the parts within the computer. All around great PC!

Pros: great bargain; runs smooth; cools very efficiently; runs most modern programs and games very well; even though it comes with a traditional hard drive at least it's the 7200rpm one and not the 5400 like other manufacturers input. Just so you have an idea, these games I can run on high to ultra settings: - Shadow of Mordor - Starcraft 2 - Overwatch - Dying Light - Adobe (All Products) - PUBG - H1Z1 - Ark (both games) - Fallout 4 - Skyrim - C&C 3/4 Cons: the unit is about 30lbs but at least it feels sturdy and given the vast amount of empty space you can enjoy upgrading to your hearts content; if you're wondering what part was compromised to make this cheap I'd say processor but most users won't hit the bottleneck.

My wife and I were looking to get our son a new gaming pc but didn't want to break the bank. So we where looking everywhere till we found what we needed here. This gaming pc is great for anyone starting to get in to the gamer pc scene. Our son was so happy getting this for Christmas and is constantly amazed by how great his games look now. We would highly recommend this gaming pc to others.

We got this as a Christmas gift for our kids. Setup was a breeze. Not only does it perform extremely well for the price, but it looks awesome doing so. I would definitely recommend this PC to anyone looking to get into gaming; the best part being there is plenty of room to upgrade as the kids get older. Absolutely love this, I'll definitely be purchasing one for myself in the near future!

Got this during online Black Friday shopping and this is a great starting computer for gamers! Easy to set up, it runs smoothly, and it is so quite. I have only owned Mac Products, and let me just say that this doesn't disappoint at all. The look is very cool, and the keyboard/ mouse it came with is sick!

My wife challenged me to find a sub $500 computer than could handle Photoshop and school work. Knowing that she is a heavy photoshop user, that made things actually challenging. Gladly, I found this model of computer and am extremely satisfied with it. More importantly, the wife is as well. Pros: Runs Photoshop amazingly well - go from click to ready to go in less than 5 seconds. Whisper Quiet - much quieter than my home-made build. Tempered Glass and color changer - nice cosmetic touch, my wife keeps it on Pink.... Cons: The only con is that it appears to lack an easy way to install a DVD drive. Not essential this day in age, but the case doesn't even really have a slot to install one that can be easily accessed. Also only contains 2 HDD bays, not a big deal but it does seem to limit folks who like to recycle hard drives when upgrading.

I've been using my new PC for about a week now and so far it has been outstanding. Initially I purchased a laptop but it was lagging to much and wasn't performing how I needed it to so I said what the heck, time to break down and get a PC. BEST DECISION EVER! The ease of use and quality has been off the charts so far when you consider the price of this PC. I play PUBG with no struggle at all. Well besides the fact that I suck lol. The graphics were clean and smooth throughout my entire play through and I didn't experience any lag. The processor was doing it's part as well with no issue. I may upgrade the Graphics card and RAM later but what is provided is more than enough for casual gamers. All in all this is a great product so far and I highly recommend it, especially for first time PC purchasers even if you're not a gamer.

Good morning. I recently purchased a Cyber Power PC from my local best buy and I have registered it already with their website. The issue I am having is out of nowhere the PC completely freezes up out of nowhere. It happens whatever I may be doing. From searching the internet to intense gaming, it will completely freeze causing me to do a hard reset as it will not respond to anything and I have tried to let it wait but nothing happens. I have purchased this PC on December 30, 2017 and it has done this at least 50 times all while I am doing different tasks so I have eliminated the idea that a program could be causing this issue. I have fully restored this PC in hopes it would remedy the issue but the issue persists. I have contacted support and I will update this review when my computer is stable. I LOVE this computer when it works but this has been the worst computer I have owned due to this issue.

I just got this desktop a few days ago, and it's the best PC I've ever owned. It runs smoothly, it's quiet, and I can actually play games in HD settings, unlike my 5 year old laptop before, which could barely play at minimal graphics. Overall, it's a much more powerful system--it's way faster than my old laptop, and that's always a plus when downloading multiple games.

It has a beautiful look. Once installed, it looks nice. Cooling fan came defective.

The first one arrived dead and we exchanged it for another. Broke down shortly after the warrant expired. Apparently cheap motherboard. Replaced with the same motherboard and that lasted maybe 8 months, and now having having the same problem we had with the first motherboard. We were running large wave files . We enjoyed it while it was working.

This is my first gaming PC and it has exceeded my expectations, especially regarding the price. The setup was seamless and easy, it comes with both a mechanical keyboard and a mouse so the buyer can save more money, and the PC can play all of the games that i want to play. This PC is perfect for those looking for a great gaming PC that won't break the bank.

I really am impressed by the performance of this pc. It works really well and it is responsive. I like how the tower has a light bar that changes to 7 different colors. I play sims 4 mostly, and the computer is fast enough for my needs. My husband may upgrade the video card in the future when he wants to play other games that require more. This computer is easily upgradable and really worth the price. Best Buy has a really good price on this desktop. You just need to purchase a monitor and speakers then you are all set. This system is great. I bought it as an entry level rig and it is more than I could have asked for. This can play most modern games at high settings. The price just makes it unbeatable. Not to mention just how upgradable it. The only con I had was with the ddr3 ram, but in the end you can just upgrade it. It is so versatile and would greatly recommend.

Pros Has 6 USB Ports Comes with a keyboard and mouse, and the keyboard has buttons on the side that allows you to change the volume, open music, and open the internet (however the light on it does not turn off even when the computer is shut down, doesn't bother me enough to say it's a con) Really fast response to searching, opening windows etc. Has a glass panel so you can see inside to see if anything may have come loose or broke It has many vents for ventilation Great for playing popular games such as Minecraft, gmod, CS:GO etc. Cons (One con, but a really BIG one in my opinion) Does NOT come with a cd drive installed, requires an external one (Which is REQUIRED to install the Wi-fi USB adapter) Overall Review Overall the computer is really good for playing games like I mentioned above (Minecraft, etc.) and has many Pros over Cons. I'm genuinely satisfied with the computer, however, I have to admit that trying to install the Wi-Fi adapter did frustrate me, and luckily my aunt had an external disk drive I could use. The CyberpowerPC computers are really good, and they make better computers, but this one works pretty good for beginners looking to play some of the older games and even some newer games.

My 12 year old son got this PC for Christmas. It was easy to install. He loves it. It is fast for the games he plays. The lights feature is so cool. You can change the colors any time you feel like it. It comes with a gaming keyboard and mouse, so we didn't have to buy our own. I can also use the computer for my needs. Overall it's a great computer!
