The computer was easy to setup, and exactly what I expected -- looking forward to getting some great use out of it!

We only just opened this computer but so far it is exactly what my son wanted. He is extremely happy with this gift:)

Did a lot of research before deciding on this computer, my main criteria being a good CPU, a good GPU, and a fair price. A "Black Friday" special brought it into my price range. I am very pleased with its performance. Two minor complaints: 1) there seems to be no user guide for the computer (although there is a very detailed one for the mother board); 2) the keyboard had a sticky "E" key -- very annoying; after two weeks I returned the keyboard to a local Best Buy store. They could not replace it with the same keyboard, because I would have had to return the entire system. But they offered a number of other choices, one of which suits me just fine. All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase!

I priced out, all this comes with, at a "build to order" web site. Best buy was cheaper by a few hundred dollars.

I am an avid gamer and for the price thisnpc is great ! Very stable ! I even threw in an additional 16 gig of ram !

Plays everything I throw at it. It is amd keep that in mind so intel runs faster .. but for the price can't beat

This is a great pc for the price. Runs great. Can handle WOW really well and works perfect for media purposes.

I have been running this PC for a few weeks now. I have been pushing it pretty hard to see if there is anything that I would need to tune up for my normal day to day playing. This thing runs great. I have run multiple mmorpgs at the same time on maxed graphics and have not seen any real issues. I have not had a chance to try it on VR yet but from the look of it i don't think there will be any issues there either. Ultimately it is a great build for the price.

Purchased a CyberPower PC for my 2 teenage daughters as a Christmas present. We had the first PC shipped to our house. When I went to setup it up (1/4/17), I had an error on the monitor stating "no signal". So I had to return the PC to Best Buy and got help from the Geek Squad. They determined that I had received a CyberPower PC with a defected graphic card. I ended up returning/exchanging the first CyberPower PC and getting another. This time I had it shipped to the store and picked it up from there. Once I picked it up(1/11/17), I immediately set the PC up and so far it has been nothing but GREAT! Overall, I believe this will be a great computer for my girls.

The PC runs super smootly. Its been over 6 months and no problems. It handles everything great. I do alot of PC gaming, photo and video editing and its handles it all no problem.

If you are looking for a slightly above entry level gaming desktop this is the best bang for your buck. And the few things you may decide you want to upgrade quickly it is easy.

Runs smooth. Plays all my games with no problem. And it has enough power to do whatever else you need.

Graphics are great, game card fantastic, great buy for the money. My uses it for his flight simulator.

I was guided by Best Buy customer service employee that he wanted to buy this for his wife. He did his homework and said everything would be way more expensive if bought separately and built. He was only having conversation about it not trying to sell me but I took note and got it for my son. He LOVES LOVES it. No problems. I always bought protection plan as well because I ALWAYS believe in Best Buy protection plans. You never know
