purchased tower in May 2016, turned it on this afternoon, it's dead. Waiting to hear from manufacturer, I did not purchase extended warranty, so Best Buy won't do anything for me, waiting on CyberPower to get back to me. Never had a computer die on me, I upgrade and give my old one away :(

I bought this PC on sale a month ago after a good deal of research. I wanted something for quality gaming as well as processing power for handling big graphic design software. This setup provides a great deal of power and speed for a great price. The tower itself is very pleasing to look at, and the LED strips inside provide lots of fun color customization (if that matters to you). Hard-drive capacity is fantastic, and GPU performance is adequate for most graphic-intensive gaming. If you mod, or expect to play with every setting on Ultra, than you may be disappointed. I have my settings on high for the most part, and hardly see any lag, but the 2GB graphics card will definitely need upgrading if you take gaming and quality very seriously. If you play casually than this PC is wondrous. Initial setup went smoothly right out of the box. No trouble whatsoever. I had an issue with the remote that comes for the LED strip where I couldn't get it to work. However, you just have to hold it close to the PC so that the signal can reach the adapter inside (which is hidden and hard to see). The keyboard and mouse which come with the PC look amazing, which I wasn't expecting. My BF bought a CyberpowerPC about a year ago, and the quality of the keyboard and mouse since then is much better. Both have lights inside of them, and the mouse's light strobes with use. I have a slight issue with the fact that the mouse and keyboard remain lit even AFTER the PC itself is shutdown. So, if you can only get to sleep with no light in the room whatsoever, you'll have to either unplug the devices from their USB ports or (if the PC is plugged into a power strip) turn off the strip. Small issue and probably not a problem for everyone. Many people have complained about the fan noise, but it isn't loud at all to me. It occasionally revs if the processing load is high, but it isn't like jet noise or anything. Which I'm used to, because I live in VA Beach and they're constantly flying directly over our house day and night. Built in wi-fi would have been nice, but a wireless adapter solves that problem. Given its build quality, however, one would expect internet connection to be included, but alas. Overall, this PC is great. I ordered it for in-store pickup at my local Best Buy and it arrived a whole day early. Great service. Great product. Would recommend.

This PC is just what I needed for my gaming experience. With it's 2 TB hard drive and 16 GB RAM made it a perfect PC for the games I was playing such as CS:GO, Gmod, and Mirrors Edge. I experiencede no lag with any of the games I played which is why I love this PC so much. It was also a fairly low price. I got mine for $600 because it was on sale. It's surprising that they sell these things at low price while the quality of their PCs are great. This PC is probably going to last me a long time, which is great. For anyone hesitating to buy it, they should stop waiting and buy this wonderful PC!

Was super excited to get it, it powered on, but the display did not work in any way. Talked to a geek squad agent online and over the phone, talked to a few of my IT buddies, and they all said i would have to take it in. So, i had to wait even longer than I already had to get something. It has good specs for its price, but take this review into serious account, don't just scan over it. Very disappointed, wasn't even treated like a valued customer.

I recently purchased this computer, and so far so good. The performance is excellent. I am not a huge PC gamer, but I will have to become one in order to take full advantage of the capabilities of this machine. It comes with Windows 10, which I am not a huge fan of, but that could be because I am used to Windows 7. But overall, I would say this computer is a excellent buy for the price.

Purchased this for my son for his birthday. He asked have a desktop rather than a mobile device mainly because he wanted to learn more about PCs and upgrading. This wasn't my initial choice since I was looking for the next step down (8GB Ram/1TB HDD) to keep the budget spouse friendly. It wasn't in stock locally so away I went with this. Setup was a snap and the hardware system came with minimal bloatware or add-ons. One miscue on my part, having purchased laptops and mobile devices for the last dozen years, I forgot that most PCs don't come with WiFi built in so I ordered a PCI Express card to go along with it. I took away one star as the motherboard's expansion slots are covered by the 2GB video card and its cooling fan. PCI Express card install was a no-go. Had to resort to a USB adapter which works fine. It's just not the optimal setup for gaming and this is advertised as a gaming PC.

There is very little I find wrong with this computer upon receiving it. None of which are performance based, just technical issues. One of which is the fan noise, which is a little louder than other computers that I have had in the past, but easily tuned out after a few hours. The other was the product key for the computer. Originally, the wrong product code was programmed into the computer. This was easily solved by simply replacing the code in the computer's settings, but this may not be easily known by others with less technical knowledge. Performance wise though, I have seen no issues with running games, multiple programs, having the internet up, all simultaneously. Would definitely recommend to someone who is looking for a decent computer without completely breaking the bank!

This pc is a good buy for performance. It runs Fallout 4 with settings max graphics and max render distance while getting good fps.

The computer froze on me after 2 weeks of using it. There wasn't an SD card reader on it and importing large picture files was a nightmare. This computer was not for me.

Bought Fallout4 and found my old machine (circa 2009) was not robust enough to run it. Looked online with my Daughter (an IT Pro) and reviewed the options open to me. I bought this and took it home. It was a very easy set up (for a gentleman in his 60's, but would have liked a little more documentation to help. I like to read about what it is supposed to do before I set it up.) System is up and running beautifully with my new game as well as my older ones, SWTOR is running very smoothly on this. I guess memory does make a difference. Thanks to the Best Buy Tech who did not try to talk me out of this, it is well worth the money.

After looking for the perfect Cyberpower gaming PC for the best price, I couldn't pass up on this one when I saw it was on sale. Setting it up was very easy and in the few days I've had it it's been an immensely positive experience. The PC responds to the touch and everything about it has been just as if not better than advertised. I streamed my Xbox One via Windows 10 Xbox App on very high quality and it proved to me this PC can handle it. Highly recommend it.

I bought this during black Friday, which was an amazing deal first of all. This thing is so beefy, it could beat me up and I would not mind one bit. I play a lot of graphics demanding games and they all run so smoothly. I'm HIGHLY satisfied.

This Gaming PC was a Christmas gift for my son. It arrived looking fine, but wouldn't do anything! Spent several hours on the phone with Geek Squad, then had them come to check it out. No hope for it, it was returned and replaced with an HP i5 PC instead as they were no longer selling this model anywhere!

just bought this computer yesterday, so standby if tere is any issues or qualms to come, but so far i love it. bought it not for gaming, but for video editing. checked this one out at bestbuy first, then went to frys to cover my bases. the guy at frys told me to go back and buy this one. For the price capabilities of this computer, there wasn't anything to complain about. the fact that it comes with internal led lights and remote to change the colors, as well as a mouse and keyboard are a huge plus. with 16 gb of ram, 2tb ofhard drive space, and the equivalent of an i5 processor, at around 600 bucks, whats there to dislike? its not the best thing ever, of course, but at this price-point, it smokes anything name brand.

This is a great computer for the price. The computer out of the box runs my mmo games on highest settings. I also play sims 3 and 4 and it does wonderful for them. The computer tower is very large in size and has plenty of room for expansion. The only negative thing I can say is it runs loud with the fan. I'm fine with that since I would prefer it to stay cool over noise control however some people it would bother.

I have been researching computers and parts for months to replace my old laptop. I went all over Amazon, Newegg, and similar sites looking for a good budget build or pre-built PC. When I saw this machine I jumped on it. It has all of the features I wanted plus some I didn't even think of. It powered up and ran right out of the box with zero issues.

This is more computer than many people will need. For a person who wants to play current big budget games though it is a good choice. Very powerful and the price is reasonable. Well worth the cost.

I bought this computer as an improvement to my previous, weaker gaming computer and I have to say; for the price, you can't beat it. I am able to run all of my games that I wished to play at almost ultra settings (couldn't even open some of them on my last one !). If you are looking for a gaming computer for an affordable price and one that can fluidly play most games, this is the computer for you.

I revived my pc today. It was very easy to set up and is running like a champ. I will update if anything changes. If you want a good intro level gaming rig this is really nice. For the price point it is fairly clean and well machined. Compared to others I have seen it is very high quality. Mine came with extra parts so that you could add more to it which is always a good thing.
