Great machine. Great service from company. Unfortunately, the video card has a fan on it which blocks the PCI Express port so when advertised selling the machine with the video card and available PCI express card it is not really accurate. You can utilize one or the other.

Replace my old HP dekstop and this is three times faster and bettter. both for games and home task.

We are very pleased with the computer performance.

Have had no problems. Runs well on max graphics for all the games I play. Is good at multi tasking (gaming, skype, and internet browsing, etc.) For what I paid I am definitely satisfied.

I needed a PC but have never built one. The specs on this seemed good for the price. It has overheated a few times after heavy gaming sessions, but works great!

My only complaint was waiting for delivery, otherwise I love it. As for recommending to anyone, I definitely would with one caveat, I would change the mouse, it has two small buttons right where my thumb rests that mimic the forward and back buttons and I'm constantly hitting the "back" button while surfing the net.

My son uses this every day for gaming, for the last year, so I highly recommend it.

I purchased this machine about a month ago in order to be able to start playing World of Warcraft again after a 5 year hiatus. This machine is the best bang for the buck that i have found anywhere. It performed pretty well right out of the box running 30 to 80 fps on high settings in 1080p. The only downsides are the PSU, Video card, and REALLY loud fans. after upgrading the PSU and Video card this machine is an animal. Like it so much I am Going to get another for my Wife. Definately recommend for anyone looking for a good machine at a good price.

Sent the issue to Best Buy Mgt however no action taken yet.

I've been gaming on a laptop for a few years now and I wanted to get a proper gaming PC. I searched for a while and eventually found this one. I've been using it for a few months now and I have to say, it's everything i wanted! I only have a few complaints: the fans are pretty loud, but it's never gotten warmer than room temp; the power supply has a pretty low wattage and I'm probably gonna switch it out; and the graphics card isn't amazing, although it runs any game very well. This computer is absolutely amazing, especially for the price.

Solid hardware. The thing is quick. But having a message come up about every hour minimizing what I'm doing telling me to enter a new windows key and it doesn't matter how many times I do it will not accept the key the machine came with.

So much space for all of my Steam games. Runs amazing and have had no issues at all. Only complaint is the fans which many reviews have said before, while playing a fairly intense game the fans can be a bit loud. Other than that this is a great desktop for the price!

This is my second Cyberpower and I'ma fan .. but the fans are extremely loud, never heard fans operating correctly this loud. The other downside is that the builders left the film on the plastic display on the INSIDE also. Just a hassle. That out of the way it's extremely fast, the graphics are outstanding and I am very happy with the system overall. I play lots of computer games and there is no lag now. This is a great system from a great manufacturer (no they didn't pay me!! :) ). I will continue to buy Cyberpower, don't let quality slip for quantity sales, it's a fools game.
