This PC has a very poor performance with the windows 10, and I will not recommend or buy again. Even if you install windows 8, you will have the same problem. I am very disappointed. When you buy a pc from Best Buy, you think you are getting a good value for the money, but in fact, you don't.

When I am playing my game the full screen will go out and my game goes black and I can only see whats being played on firefox and at the bottom you see a triangle show up then the cloud blinks for a sec and goes away.

It great and i loves it but 1 year to half later started problem but still worked sometimes and shut off most times but times it hours ,but mostly short 5 to 15 mins

Ok, but some parts were inferior and were replaced.

I first researched good gaming PC since I am on a budget and found this one and got it. It works really good, no complaints yet.

This is my son's first gaming PC. He saved his money to buy it. What we like most about it is it specifically made for someone to add to it and modify it to grow with them.

We were looking for a decent computer, nothing too flashy, to play games on. I love the customization options on this tower. The options to add to it are great.

Great cheap setup that is super easy to upgrade and can play some games from when first purchased. Good for someone who doesn't want to build from scratch.

I'm new to PC gaming I'm still on Xbox I also have a PlayStation four and now I have a PC this is really great and the games run smooth I have no issues

I bought this for my son. The first one I purchased did not work. I had it shipped to me so I returned it to a store and exchanged it. I was within the first week so the exchange was easy. The second computer seems to be working fine. I am not a computer geek and didn't realize how very basic all of the components in this computer are. But that is my shortcoming, not the computers. My son is taking CADD in school so I thought this would be a good computer but it still cannot run some of the programs he uses in school.

Saw this for $399 on Black Friday online. Read reviews first before purchasing and almost all of them were very positive. After a day of using it (setup up, thorough check of all parts) benchmarks, etc), this computer is definitely the best bang for your buck! Cant beat the price for all of the stuff you get! If there were any bad things, its being super nit-picky about it, but ill list them for those wondering. My side clear panel had finger prints on it before I took it out and its very noticible with their white RGB lighting. Also, why Raedon R7 240? While its good, would have been more awesome to put a 250x or 260x. There are no USB 3.0's in the back, only the top. The tower is a mid. With that said, for those who have only had Dell, E-Machines, etc, desktops will be surprised on how big the tower is. Its a plus though if you're looking for upgrade as there is a lot of room inside to add a lot to it. Overall, AMAZING BUY! If you can find a deal on it, get this computer! Pros - Value of the parts in the computer for how much you spend ($399 at the time) Available room for upgrades in the future Came with Windows 10 and some other freebies Cons - (only being nit-picky) Why Raedon R7 240? This was purchased for a 15 year old male primarily for games and secondarily for homework. We have had no issues with the computer.

My son had his eye on this computer for.his birthday so he reviewed it and after looking at the specs he choose this and loves it.
