I have been looking at getting a new rig for quite some time and honestly even building a pc myself couldn't compare to this price. I bought this as a beginning platform to add onto and make my dream machine. I bought it with a SSD. I installed the SSD and the computer went into a boot cycle issue. I called Cyberpower and they had it fixed in 5 minutes and had the operating system installed on the SSD. Seriously amazing customer service. Works like a charm now and I can run anything on high besides the new AAA titles(not that it can't run those just not on high settings). I had a cyberpower pc previously for 8 years and it stills runs like a champ but i decided it was time to upgrade finally to ddr3 and a quadcore (longtime coming). I would for sure recommend this pc!

I purchased this on a recommendation of a Best Buy employee. I had two requirements that it would be capable of playing Sims 4 and had wireless internet capabilities and the employee ensured me of both. Once I got it home and set-up I became aware that this DOES NOT have wireless internet capabilities. It played SIMS 4 great. Unfortunately after 19 days (4 days after the return policy expired) it would shut down the game randomly and eventually degraded to the point that the computer wouldn't even get past the initial windows boot screen. After speaking with a Best Buy Manager they agreed to replace the system. I got a brand new computer and within a few days the same thing started happening. Since the only thing I had done on both computers was install SIMS 4 I decided to take the computer to a repair shop even though it was only a week old. $50.00 later the repair shop said they could not find anything wrong with it. I have had it back from the shop for a few weeks and it seems to be working fine but this will be the last computer purchase I will be making at Best Buy.

Good for an intro gaming computer. Mouse is a little different but doesthe job

This gaming system was not cheap and the speakers stopped working, the internet wouldn't connect.

Easy installation, took just minutes to have the computer set up and ready to go. Runs most games well. It may struggle to run more modern games on anything higher than low however games that are a few years old perform very well. League of Legends runs on max settings and Star Wars the Old republic runs smoothly on High settings. It is great starter gaming desktop that has a lot of room to be further upgraded. The case is very big. To play more modern games I will be upgrading the graphics card as well as the power supply later on. It has 2 RAM ports the comes with 8GB of DDR3 RAM that can support up to 16GB. The only minor complaint is that the fans can be quite loud in a quiet room. Overall a great entry level gaming computer for the price and you have got to love the LED lights that light up the whole case!

With multiple computer users in my home, we were in need of an additional computer to keep peace in the family. Sharing is rarely an option at our place when it comes to technology. That being said, we wanted one that would be fast enough to handle basic on-line gaming but not be too expensive. I wanted one that had Windows 10 preloaded so that there wouldn't be any technical difficulties with upgrading the operating system. When I hit the computer department at BestBuy this model was on display, having just arrived the night before. The store workers who are gamers were pumped that BestBuy is now carrying Cyberpower PCs. They highly recommended this computer to meet my needs. My granddaughter loves Minecraft and this would easily support hours of fun with friends on-line. The clerks were sold on its ability to meet my needs today as well as into the future since it is easily upgradeable. We purchased on a Sunday and I had some difficulty getting the sound to work. Since it was late when I set it up, I had to wait until Monday morning to contact Cyberpower. When I did the tech was excellent at walking me though the steps. I had missed clicking a box. The minute I clicked it the sound was up and running. It was a duh moment. What can you expect from a Grandma who is technology resistant? Anyway, Cyperpower's tech team was awesome and the guys at BestBuy were great to work with. They gave my gaming granddaughter some pointers to make her Minecrafting experience safe and more enjoyable. Everyone in the family has now had a chance to play on the new computer and is loving it.

Everything worked great except for the front audio and mic port. They won't work at all.

Was not what I was looking for. But would be good for a beginner
