Customers are saying
Customers admire the Gamer Ultra Desktop's performance and its affordability. Many appreciate its ease of use and the option to upgrade components as needed. However, some customers found the size to be larger than anticipated and noted that the fan noise could be excessive during gaming sessions. The lack of built-in Wi-Fi was also a common point of concern.

Ok, but prepare to build on to it.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my son as he loves gaming. It was on a deep sale so that was good. Surprised however it didn't have WIFI. Seems this is a shell with a good start but is made to build on to it, something I hate to do as I always find challenges with upgrading hardware.

ok for starters
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer is ok but needs better graphics card, the one that comes with can't handle many game requirements and is no better than my laptop , shouldn't be classified as a gaming computer plus it cost twice what a standard laptop or tower would cost ! not worth it.

Best deal of the season
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.SUMMARY Pros: -Runs almost every game on the market at the very least, medium settings. Almost every game pre-2015 is running on high-ultra without issues. -Quiet fans with a great case with room for addons. The built in lights also make it very easy to clean the case (Turn it on bright white and you'll see every speck of dust!). -Fantastic price Cons: -No wireless card, if you plan to use wireless make sure to get a USB adapter or a card to add in yourself (I recommend the former as they make some really great ones these days if you dont mind giving up a USB slot) -The power supply is a little on the low end. Had to contact CyberpowerPC to find out it is a 350. It will suffice for what components are with this build, but make sure to upgrade it with any other upgrades! -Peripherals included (Mouse/keyboard) aren't the greatest, but these prebuilts aren't going to throw in anything fancy either. I gave the mouse away and am using the keyboard currently. When I first saw this a week or so ago it had only gotten one review. It was pretty good, and after reading the specs I couldn't believe the price tag was only at 400$ (On sale). I had been researching both prebuilts and component prices as this was the holiday I wanted to build a new desktop, so I had a good idea of the kind of quality I would get at certain price ranges. What you see here is equal to about a 600$ prebuilt, so even at full price you really are getting a steal. The desktop itself came in great condition. First thing I did when it came in was pop open the case and make sure everything had survived the trip. To my surprise, it was in pristine condition. Not only had every made it safely but all ports (USB included) were in tact and working just fine. As other reviews has said, this computer DOES NOT have a wireless card, so I made sure to pick one up at BB as well to keep everything going smoothly. As far as its uses, just about everything I've played can be run on high or ultra. The biggest thing you may want to consider upgrading is the graphics card, but again for the price you're paying it really is a solid piece. All in all, this is going to be the best desktop you will find at this price for the season. If you are interested in a prebuilt, look no further.

Excellent Gaming Computer for 99% of Us
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Plugged it in on Christmas morning...right out of the box...fired it up and my son played games on it for the rest of the day...Nice AMD processor...8GB RAM...Graphics Card with 2 GB Dedicated...1TB HD... for this Price? Stupid if you don't! Amazing value. Plenty of processing power...and graphics processing capacity...and memory...and storage...for 99% of the Gamer's out there. Spend more if you want to...my older son got almost the same model for Christmas several years back and he's loved every trouble-free minute of it...and still using it! My occupation includes a measure understanding of computers, networks, and technology...and we have numerous gaming systems at home...we aren't techno-noobs by any means...and this is good stuff by our standards. Enjoy!

Just Okay But too old
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my son. Then realized they stopped making them. It worked great but I returned it for a brand new model. I'm not sure why Best Buy would sell a computer that stopped manufacturing in 2015.

Nice PC
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very easy to set up. Lightning quick. Plenty of speed / ram for normal home use. Only negative is the tower's a bit on the big & heavy side. Overall buying this PC on sale during black friday week was a no brainer.

this is a great gaming computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i have read some of the reviews, on this gaming computer, and i think that their complaints are unfounded. they said that the fans are to noisy. that is rediculous. the lights in the tower, are in no way distracting or a problem in any way. it runs INSURGENCY, BATTLEFIELD 3, just fine, and very smooth. then you have these uber gamers that want to put this gaming computer down. don't pay any attention to them. they have their own agenda, that does not apply to most of us. this is an absolutely fantastic gamer, and i would recommend it to my closest friend, friends, or anyone who wants a great gaming computer, that is very upgradable, and inexpensive has done everything i have used it to do, in gaming and otherwise. hurry and get one before the price goes up again.

This PC has USB 2.0 not 3.0
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought to use with GAMING and GAMING things Went to plug Elgato game capture - needs 3.0 USB port. Got advice form store about using this PC with GAMING and Elgato said it would be good for that - now have to box it all up and haul it back to the store - DO NOT BUY if you are using Elgato.

GREAT
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer looked a little difficult to set up at first but it was VERY simple this is a great computer if you are starting off as a gamer. I got this computer for $400 and the person at bestbuy said if they made this computer it would cost $800 at the store. If you want to have the computer wireless you have to buy a thing to get that, that is one bad thing about it but this is diffently a great computer. 2gb graphic card and 8gb ram is very important for gaming so it is diffently a great computer for the price.

Sorry Quality and even Sorrier excuse for Cust Svc
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.DO NOT BUY CYBERPOWER PC! YOU WILL BE SORRY. We were SCREWED out of our MONEY sine 6/2016 GONE & NO WORKING "NEW" MACHINE TO DATE!!! We ordered 6/22, rec'd July 4th weekend, set up around 7/5...everything "seemed" OK until we found that the MS Win 10 install disks & product key were missing. After MANY hours CyberPower said we had to take whole new unit rather than just sending product key & install disks. Best Buy said for us to contact CyberPower. They sent replacement early August & we sent back other 8/18/16. This machine kept turning itself off---we checked everything & finally found it was a DEAD CPU COOLER fan...this is a business computer & it has been unusable since purchase! After many hours & MUCH GRIEF, CyberPower decided they would send us a replacement fan---big of em!---for this NEW machine if I would install it. I did. It worked for about 1 1/2 days & then the USB ports--ALL 6 of them DIED & prior to them dying there was another issue as well & when I opened the case I saw the INTERMITTENT working of the video card fan. CYBERPOWER refused to respond so we filed with the BBB. CYBERPOWER ignored the 6 DEAD USB ports WHICH prevent ANYthing from being done to this machine & offered only to send an RMA for US to have to remove the VIDEO CARD & replace it! UNBELIEVABLE!!! DO NOT BUY CYBERPOWER PC! YOU WILL BE SORRY. We were SCREWED out of our MONEY sine 6/2016 GONE & NO WORKING "NEW" MACHINE TO DATE!!!

Great PC
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this PC about a month ago and so far it has worked great. It is not for intense gaming, but I can play most games on either high or ultra graphics. The color changing lights are great and I love the effects too. The PC has held up great with my younger brother accidentally banging into the side of it or a cat hitting the side. It looks very clean and modern and I love the keyboard and mouse, although, they do feel a little cheap, but still great. I am not an intense gamer, but I have played the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt with graphics on ultra and it held up beautifully. I play Minecraft, which can run on anything, but it held up to a little over 200 mods, which made me very happy. It ran Star Wars: Battlefront, Sims 4 (Ultra), SimCity (Ultra), League of Legends (Ultra), and many more. I have to say I am extremely happy with my purchase. (I bought this in store so I cannot complain about shipping) Now, so far, I have only had two problems, which were minor. The first problem occurred when I played League of Legends. I am not sure why, but the PC crashed while I was being loaded into a game. At first I was a little worried that my $450 was a waste, but it hasn't happen again since. The other problem I had was Windows 10 was not activated when I received it. This problem has been reoccurring throughout many CyberPowerPCs, but all I had to do was re-enter the product code, which was found on the side opposite the leds. So, if you do buy this and Windows 10 is not activated, try re-entering the product code before trying other crazy fixes or returning it, because it is great. Inside, the PC has a lot of room for upgrades and the see-through side adds a great effect. It is a lot more complicated to open up the side that other PC's are. Instead of it opening like a cabinet, you have to unscrew the back and slide the panel off, before you can access its guts. Plus, when I got the PC they had put a plastic covering over the panel ON THE INSIDE. It took me at least 20 minutes to figure out how to get it open so I could peel it off (although it looked kind of cool with it on). The PC came in a huge box bigger than me (sitting next to it). It is so large that it currently occupies my entire closet. The PC takes up about 2/3 of the box and the rest has the keyboard, mouse, manuals (which aren't actual manuals, just papers that tell you where to find the product code), a slip of paper that tells you how to get a year of McAfee AntiVirus Plus for free, and some extra parts, including extra screws for the back panel, zip-ties, and a few other things that just look like trinkets. Like I said, I have only had this PC for a little over a month, maybe two, so I can only tell you what I have experienced so far, and so far I am extremely happy.

Nothing But Issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very poor craftsmanship, refurbished generic parts, expectation of paying for replacement parts before any repairs will be made. Second computer purchased from this company and the biggest disappointment. Power supply that exploded unable to handle the system load, very poor warranty with no labor costs covered.
