I've never bought a pc before, and I recommend this is where any beginner should start. To start, the pc itself is beautiful with the led lighting and the neatness of the parts on the inside! The accessories that come with the pc are excellent for what they are and the manuals are straight forward to install the software and such. I would recommend this pc to anyone who wants the bang for their buck!

Well packaged and arrived quickly. Unpacking and assembly was fast and easy. The clear side panel not only allows for the colored LED's to show, but allows a quick visual inspection to see if the internals will need dusted. I had worried that the large fans would be noisy, but they are not. A well designed case and system minimizes sound.

Needed new gaming pc for home use, Easy set-up with exception of net card not seeing network. Worked with tech support over phone and after trying a few basic things that did not fix the problem , tried re-install software with tech support which fixed the issue and have not had a problem since. Great pc for my needs and their tech support was fast and was able to understand them as the calls were not routed overseas

I bought the computer for my son for he's first gaming computer yet he's only 10 years old he loves it. The price was fair and the Windows 10 software is amazing. I'm thinking of getting a better model for me soon. The only thing I can't figure out is how install games form the cd drive I will be calling customer service during the week since I've been reading that here really helpful. Great starter game computer!!

This computer is great. This is my first pc and so far it is amazing. i love everything about it. They also include a keyboard and mouse that is amazing for gaming. Also one thing that u have to make sure u know is that this pc does not have wifi built into it so u need to connect it through ethernet or you could buy a wifi adapter.

So after spending all night researching different gaming computers from different retailers, I ultimately came to the conclusion that this is the best bang for your buck. after NYS tax it was under 500 bucks. Runs smooth and very quick. Best Buy employee was very knowledgeable and helpful. All my questions and concerns were addressed. Strongly recommend this product and retailer. Oh and the L.E.D. lights are sick too.

This is great for people who want to play games at a decent frame rate! Great PC for a great price! I would still recommend building your own pc if you are experience though.

I looked all over the internet and watched a lot of videos on different Pre-built desktops. First I was going to build a PC until I came across this one and knew it was the right one. I've had for a week and it works right out the box. PERFECT!! I play a lot of CS:GO and this computer is great for just that. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone, its great for anything, especial for gaming.

This is a great gaming PC and it's great if you're a new to PC gaming. This computer is highly customizable so if you want to upgrade, you don't need to buy a new computer.

i play league of legends so the PC runs it so smooth at a really high quality, but my old one didn't even run the game without lag and shutting down so im really happy with this PC , a great gaming PC. It has everything needed for the standards. Runs smoothly and fast. The LED has a variety of colors, recommend it a lot. <3

This is my very first gaming type of computer, before I had a really bad laptop that couldn't run anything. For my very first gaming computer i'd say its running very well. I am able to multitask very well, and also running games on it is like a dream, everything is so smooth and seamless. I would defiantly buy another cyber power PC. So far I am very happy with the PC and the company.

When I first got this computer, the fan was loose without me being aware, and after some ignorant troubleshooting I ended up making the computer essentially unusable without returning it. I rate the product 4 stars because of the inconvenience, but now that I have a properly functioning system I can confidently say that it works as I had hoped and I honestly have no further complaints. I would definitely recommend this computer to most people, even those who just want a fast computer.

I bought this pc to use for school and manage some other programs to use for school as well as some gaming on the side for fun. The computer has so far proven to be more than worth its investment having loaded and downloaded everything i needed done with the first 30 minutes of having it connected to the internet. Amazing display and accessibility. Very user friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I just got my pc today, and so far I'm loving it. The lights are an amazing touch to the whole feel of the computer. It runs really smooth and is really BIG(was a little shocked at the size of the pc myself). It's an amazing gaming pc for starters who are looking to play good grade games like me. I would defiantly suggest it to anyone looking for a less expensive, but amazing quality computer!

As I thought this computer was amazing! it came faster then I thought it would and I am not complaining about it at all. Its not a slow computer, comes with a nice keyboard and comes with a cool mouse. its more then just a gaming computer, you can stream videos edit videos work on it with projects and so much more. I don't regret my purchase at all. thank you cyberpower and best buy

The only thing that I would complain about is the machine does not have a wireless network card. It runs fast and I'm glad to purchase this machine with a sale price.

My first AMD PC and everything worked right out of the box for a great price. Free McAfee was a good bonus. AMD allows processor speed improvements if you want them.

This pc is such a great price for a beginner to gaming. I had not had much experience in pc gaming before this pc and since then I have learned a lot and played a lot of games on it some more advanced games i.e (the witcher wild hunt 3) may require better graphics and faster processor for higher graphic gaming but you can play on low to medium graphic settings fine with this rig.

After 3 days with this awesome computer its been running very well. To be honest, after purchasing this computer changed my gaming experience, this runs really well and runs games with ease. I recommend people to get this. It has a unbeatable price too!
