    Had my eye on this for a while with the good reviews, finally made the plunge to purchase it and it wouldn't even turn on. Called their support to make sure I wasn't missing anything, they said probably a bad motherboard. Just returned it and will be looking into other options or building one and not buying from Best Buy. Very inconvenient to have to lug it home, unpack, repack, and lug it back to the store all in the same day. Not a happy customer.

    I bought this computer and tried to connect it to the internet by Ethernet cable and it showed and error so I called tech support for the company they are no help at all. this product is a complete waste of time and money

    Hard drive is faulty or something along those lines...after 4days I get a hard disk error n 2more days later it wouldn't stop beeping .... Tried restarting it but the damned thing won't even turn on
