Great value for the performance
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Received computer with high expectations which were met! I am very picky about my investments and I must say that this high on my list as one of the best purchase. Computer works great and games smoothly while playing Alice 2 and BF3. Need to try other games and have not had an issue with the power supply as others have mentioned. No bloatware like other computer companies which is another added bonus!

So I thought I was getting a deal...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I thought I was getting a deal "It's only (enter amount here) and I don't have to build it?! what a bargain!". Boy was I wrong. So I had set it up and had installed some utilities and drivers that had come with the box, I had checked the hardware by doing burn ins and monitoring closely the lively yet dull machine. I saw what the machine was capable of by the shorts tests I had run. I booted up a game and what to discover? It could barely run any actually fun games that every one here says it could, well, it could run games just on the lowest settings and with a tremendous amount of frame rate drop. So I discovered I needed to get a better graphics card to even run games that require the minimal amount of data to even open it. TL;DR If you're going to purchase this rig be prepared to spend and extra 100 to 200 replacing the graphics card.

what a great pc for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this computer after using a laptop for 10 years and i have to say this computer does so much, from gaming to fast downloading speeds, to running multiple programs at once. my networking class even said it was a great buy, plus there is so much room to install more memory and a faster running processor.

Worst experience so far with any computer purchase
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Set-up out of the box was easy. Nothing good to write about the computer. It has to be returned. Tried set-up. Didn't work. Tried refreshing Windows. Didn't work. Tried re-installing Windows. Didn't work. A pretty door stop so far. Now I get to see if the return to store works. All I wanted was a basic gaming computer. Nothing but headaches so far. This is my first Cyberpower purchase. They haven't won me over.

Most Bang at a super great price...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Before the review...I looked into the issue everyone was writing about with the Power Supply having issue... from my searches and talking to my friend it is safe to report that what ever it was has been addressed by the Cyberpower as no new post have since surfaced and the problem has all but disappeared... I have mine and it started with none of the issue..The thing is FAST and SMOOTH>>>>:) I would always for with a company that take care of their product, brand, and the consumer. This machine has met my needs and I am happy that I decided to pull the trigger on the purchase. I have never had an AMD based system so I was skeptical at first, but I am actually impressed. The systems speed is impressive and 8GB of RAM is more than I need. My first Windows 8 machine and the boot and shut down times are quick as well. My son likes to play Gotham Impostors and this machine lets him do that at 1080p. I’ll be putting this computer in my sons room for him to play and use and order another for myself.

Never have been more satisfied!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I first saw the specs and the picture, I thought that it would make a decent computer for work and entertainment/gaming. When I received it, I couldn't help but be in awe at over how cool it looked when I turned it on. It didn't take me too long to set it up before I tried out my games on there and just couldn't believe how fast and awesome it looked on my 32 inch monitor. DOTA 2 and Diablo 3 just looked amazing. Windows 8 looked intimidating at first but once I got used to it, it didn't feel that much different from Windows 7.

Bad POwer Supply
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I got this computer for Christmas I was blown away but just after 2 days it didn't turn on so I tried to see what was wrong and what do you know, just like all the other reviews the power supply went dead. Over all this is a good computer (just get a better graphics card) but make sure you get the warranty!!

horrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Please save yourself MONEY and TIME and stay away from pre-built cyberpowerpc computers. Unless you plan on building your own rig from scratch, I highly do NOT recommend this company. They are known to use refurbished and used parts which they place inside of these pre-built computers. Their wiring is faulty. Their parts are defective, used and cheap. If you want to build your own rig, go with parts from a trusted website. Just do some research on this please. Building your own rig will save you a lot of money too. Their customer service is terrible. If your pc is dead on arrival, expect to wait a month to receive your "fixed" computer. You will encounter many, many problems with these prebuilt computers. Whether you buy them from bestbuy or another website or store, it will be the same problem. I have given up on cyberpowerpc and have gone with a different one. I am no longer stressed and worried that my computer is going to blow up. Also, the power supply they ship these with are either faulty or way below the watts you need to properly run your pc. I had to buy another PSU and swap out their cheap one. Even by doing that, I still had defective ram and windows 8 would always crash even with fixing the ram issue. Don't purchase a prebuilt computer from their website either. 90% of you will find all the horror stories from this company to be true. If you want a gaming computer, either build one yourself or go with a different company. BUYER BEWARE

Totally awesome
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far I have had no issues with this computer besides that where the front panel meets the actual case you can see some red light, and that the case can accept dust quite easily. But other tan that 0 issues. I've been playing games and its handling them very well. Almost all of my friends envy me because I have this crazy machine!

This PC is bad and I feel bad.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After 3 days, the power supply failed, so I mailed it back and they replaced it. When I got it back, the hard drive didn't work. Im going to return it tomorrow rather than find out what will fail next. HUGE waste of time and money.

Great gaming computer for the average gamer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer performs amazing for the price. It's not the best in the world (obviously) but it runs so smoothly on MMOs like Guild Wars 2, even in the more demanding game modes like WvW or dungeons. If you're looking for a great gaming computer for a reasonable price, this is the computer for you.

Not good at all!!!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well i had a bad start wil the product i spilled coffee ob the key board and spent 3 hours cleaning it. But lets get to the computers fault, i was looking over the computer and noticed that the frame was damaged and bent, also the name in front was not put on right infacted it was hot glued, and the legs that hold it up snaped off with the slightest push, and moveing or twitching the computer the power goes out, and the computer couldnt start up minecraft. There is nothing good about this computer at all gi get your self a better one! Save Time and Money!!

Exceeded my expectation
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I must say this PC is very good! While I didn't expect much when ordering, it turns out to be a very capable PC, very nicely built and very good looking. I use it for working at home (graphics, web, movie) and also for playing games (Borderlands anybody?), and this PC can handle everything I throw to it. Very impressed with the quality and performance. Good job Cyberpower!

Great computer for the most part!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When my computer first arrived I was kinda worried that it was a garbage one after reading the reviews but I guess I'm a lucky one. It has nice sound and graphics (I play WoW and D3on Good Graphics). For a computer like this it is quiet but once a month I'd get a can of air and blow it out so it funtions for a long time and stays quiet. Only bad thing is the windows 8 program because they didn't put a dvd decoder in it, but the member at geek squad I talked to gave me a website to go to to download 1 for free!

Re: Thought I was getting a deal....wrong
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought my son this computer last year as the computer takes up much of his day with schooling and gaming. Here it's not even been a year and he wants me to order parts to upgrade this thing. I'm talking about $700 worth of parts and I'm not sure about replacing the other parts myself and would really appreciate some advice on what to get so he can play all of his games which require a better graphics card.

Issues right out of the box
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought for my son for birthday gift. Right from the start we had problems. Front fan barely turned, rear fan noisy. After trying two wireless cards, (trips to BB) discovered p&play did not work, had to enter info into device manager. Headset jacks in front had loud buzz, rear jacks did not work. Would not read CD provided for owners manual. Provided keyboard had keys that did not work (letters) random shift capitalization. Should have read further into reviews. Exchanged for an HP, works GREAT!

Worst Purchase ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this Gaming Computer for my son for Christmas. On the second day it shut itself down & never turned on again. After troubleshooting and reading online reviews it was clear that the power supply was bad. I mailed the power supply on 29 Dec to Cyberpower with an RMA# and have not received anything back yet (today is 21 Jan). I've called twice, was told "we are very sorry....." but that doesn't help me one bit. They said they are out of those power supplies and are waiting for a new shipment. I told them to send me a different one but they told me that can't be done. If I wouldn't be living on an island in Alaska with expensive shipping I would have returned the unit already. I'm very upset & guarantee you that this will be my first and last Cyberpower purchase!
