Then like every other person reviewing here NO POWER on trying to start it up a second time. I will never buy another cyberpowerpc product and Best Buy I think you ought to seriously consider not carrying this brand. What a waste of time and money. Now I have to go return it, and gas will be another expense. I will be ordering her replacement computer elsewhere. What a disappointment for my daughter!

Horrible

Even not so "High Definition" games such as Garry's Mod don't work as what i expected. Would not recommend to anyone, save your money buy something else from HP or DELL. It's better than wasting your cash and time like i did for a week for this thing. I was really looking towards this pc and was so hype, it comes and it's GARBAGE. It's not only working horrible for Multi-Player, so it's not because of my internet because even Single Player works bad. Please don't buy this please.

Disappointed with CyberPower!!!!!!!

What a disappointment. Took it to Geek Squad, they looked at it and sent me to customer service to get a refund. Evidently this is an ongoing problem with CyberPower PC's!!!! Lesson learned. You get what you pay for. Thanks for the refund Best Buy!

Not good for Gaming!

It could only handle 14fps on ''fair'' setting with World of Warcraft. Trying to play Lock On, a flight simulator game, was a joke - lag for days. I don't understand why they would market this computer for gaming. I predict a wave of returns for this one.

worst purchase ever made

Ordered it online got the product and it had a bad power supply. Sent it back to get that replaced and got it back 3 weeks later to find out it has a bad DVD drive and can't even load the games I bought it for to play. Don't waste your money.
