    Computer made popping sound, doesn't work now

    I left the computer on overnight to finish a download and wake up today and as soon as I start messing with it this morning I hear a couple loud popping sounds and my computer shuts off. From what I've read it is probably the PSU, but I am not sure. Only had this computer for 3 months and haven't messed with the GPU or anything that should have caused this. Wish I would have just been patient and built a PC or had one built.

    Not a good gaming PC

    Ever since I had this PC I have struggled to run new titled games when the PC specs are way above the recommended. Games like Call of duty WW1, Just Cause 3, Far cry 5 , Saints row, Gta 5 and barely even fortnite. The fps in these games are just so low that I just want to stop playing as a whole. Overall a really big dissapointment for my first gaming PC. I really want to find out whats wrong.

    Good at first.

    I bought this PC around a month ago, I used it to play fortnite, worked great. Until today when I went to get on and it would not pull up the log in page, it gets dim like it's going to load but, eventually returns to the home screen. I tried restarting it, can't figure out what the problem is. Very unpleasant surprise, I would have suggested buying this computer until now.

    cant play games, stream games, or watch youtube

    just open i set everything up and i cant even play game or stream them or i cant watch video such as youtube without the computer blacking out and crashing i have to force reset. look online for reason why nothing have work. i bought for streaming games but i guess i wasted my money im pretty upset. If someone can help please do.

    Sold with windows not activated + no key

    Title says it all. Windows not activated. No product key either. Now have to deal with this.

      Dear Valued Customer,

      We are deeply sorry to hear of this experience. The computer is equipped with a digital key so it is embedded in to the mother board. In order for the PC to activate it requires an internet connection. Please give our support agents a call if the PC continues to fail the activation.

    Motherboard doesn't supported with Windows

    My computer stopped working after a last update. The Windows support team said that the motherboard doesn't tested and supported with the latest version of Windows:( How they can sell this PC?

But as everyone else any we do not get any new updates for Windows until Microsoft releases them. Generally if a Windows update is causing problems, performing a clean install would fix the issues.
