A little over a week after use, I started having issues on about 50% of my boot attempts. Sometimes when I try to boot it, the computer turns on, but no audio or video. When I (manually) turn it off and on, it works perfectly fine. I have made sure the connections are fine on the inside and out, confirmed the cables and monitors work well (on another PC), and reinstalled windows, no success. I contacted support and got nothing, besides bring it in and pay for whatever they find wrong. It may be because I am used to the warranty that comes with individual parts on a custom built, but that seems like a load of __. 15 day return/exchange policy? on a pc? The other con I have is the cpu fan. It doesn't sound as bad as some people make it out to be, but definitely noticeable over aftermarkets. Once I get this figured out, I will probably switch it out. Besides the boot issue, cpu fan, and shotty customer service. This seems to be a pretty decent prebuilt. It has no problems running games on high/ultra with 60fps and the temps stay relatively low. If it weren't for my three issues, I probably would give it a 4.0. If you see a decent sale and have time to test it (really test it) in the first 15 days, I would recommend.

This is a great gaming pc since prices are insane to build your own. I've owned it about 2 months now and 0 problems. It ran every game I wanted on high settings.

Don’t over think it, just buy it! I bought one and i am extremely happy. It was a gift, and he loved it. Plays on high settings on fortnite and other games.

I bought this PC to basically run a few games at 60 fps. And it does just that. Wouldn't run too much in the background while gaming bc it could cause memory overload.

We were able to play all the online games we love including the oculus vr! Also great for filming & uploading you tube videos! Ps. We used it for homework too ;)

To get maximum performance, settings must be changed. Not a simple plug in and play. Couldn't get reliable launching until hours later. But after all that an amazing pc built with quality parts that'll run any game on the market.

recently upgraded my from a laptop to this computer and i have to say in regards to gaming, it has not disappointed me yet. really enjoy it and am now able to play games on it smoothly that were really laggy on my laptop.

Have not opened box or used item as it is a holiday present !

My 14 year old gaming son loves this computer. He has had no problems. Has downloaded a lot and still has tons of storage. Great for mid level gamer.

My son has been very happy with this purchase! It was a Christmas gift last year and still works like a champ. Would recommend to anyone into gaming

Excellent system for the price. Definitely needs an SSD and a processor upgrade, but this thing can definitely run everything better than a modern console.

I bought this for regular use. I tend to use a lot of PowerPoint and my Mac would constantly freeze. I’ve had this pc for about 2 months and runs fast.

Good gaming PC but had some issue with setting up windows 10 due to code not listed on PC as in instructions. Best buy tried to assist but was unable and had to contact both the manufacture and Microsoft to resolve.

This was a gift for our son. He loves it and it performs really well for his purposes. Set up is quick and easy. We added a speaker system, a wide screen monitor and for his birthday purchased the Oculus Rift VR set.

This pc has it all. It has everything I need for intense gaming, school, and I can remote into my work pc without issues! It's really cool to look at too!

This is a great gaming pc for the money. Runs all my games, programs, and meets all my other needs with capacity to spare. I highly recommend this unit.

Did a lot of research couldn’t build this yourself for a cheaper. Boots up quick and handles all my games on 60fps. First pc build and I’m happy with it.
