I bought this gaming rig in store for 50 bucks off and I wasn't charged for tax either. Brought it home, only to find out the entire left side glass panel was shattered. I miraculously got it replaced the next day. Despite that major setback, this PC looks and preforms great. With most games I play, I get over 100 fps at close to max settings, with a couple titles floating around 60-80 fps. The fans are quiet on my behalf, I don't understand the complaints about that. Being that this is my first gaming PC, I am quite impressed. So much so, that I plan on installing more RAM inside it later down the line. I highly recommend this tank!

The RX 580 is on equal footing with the GTX 1060 and the ryzen 5 1400 is perfectly fine for all your everyday needs. To top it off, While i was keeping an eye on this desktop, there were two massive discounts ($120 then $100) on the already super low price of $750. It would be a mistake to miss out on this opportunity. The noise is also negligable, I honestly think its on the quiter side, its foolish to expect your desktop to be completely silent. The tower also stays very cool, there are no problems whatsoever with heating and it looks awesome.

Ordered this computer during it's black Friday deal and it came within the week. Everything was set up and ready to go (only issue is the LED strip tape doesn't stick very well but that was an easy fix). Runs silent on every game I've tested it on and looks beautiful. I haven't tried it with any of the heavy FPS games yet but it runs total war on ultra settings with no problem. Also was a great plus that I can upgrade it later if I need to. Keyboard and mouse that come with it are nice but I might change them out later for a bit more comfort, still it comes with the computer so no complaints there. Also for anyone wondering it comes with a WiFi antenna attachment which works great.

I bought this computer to run the Oculus Rift. The computer kept on crashing on me when I was playing a game. It did it multiple times so I decided to return it.

I purchased this gaming computer for my son as a Christmas gift. The graphics card was not correctly installed. When I went to exchange the product, I was told I was the 3rd customer with the same issue that day. Wen ended up getting an OMEN computer by HP! No problems...

Computer is very nice and comparing it to other game computers is also a good bargain. This is a computer my son worked and saved up for. He has been very excited because it could run games he could not before. Highly recommended Not knowing game computers we did not realize the computer did not have a speaker or microphone like most modern computers have. I look at it that my son has some more work and saving to do for headphones and a mic! The setup instructions could be better and would be difficult for someone that has never set up a computer such as not knowing you have to use the graphics card ports rather then the mother board ports for the monitor.

We purchased this system for our VR gaming. We rarely used this system and after nearly a year of owning it, it is basically useless. It runs so slowly, you can't use it for anything. Even trying to open the System window takes upwards of a minute. Not only does it perform terribly, we already had to replace the CPU cooler. The fan would rattle and stick. However, even after that repair, the system is still a waste.

I bought this PC for playing WoW. I am able to play said game on the highest settings and still get 70+ FPS while questing farming etc. I have yet to try it in a Raid environment though. I see some people complaining about the noise, but honestly I can even hear it running. I don't even hear it while playing. I do plan to upgrade from the 8GB of RAM and put a SSD in this PC but for now I am impressed with the machine and would recommend it to anyone starting PC gaming or lookin to upgrade from a outdated PC.

This is my second ever desktop and my first gaming computer. ill start off by saying, I am now getting rid of the HP I recently bought. This computer does it all!! I watch movies with great picture quality, the gaming quality is everything I was hoping for and then some. This computer is super fast and loads websites very fast. this computer is great for work and for play for the price you can not beat it. The hp I'm getting rid of costed more than this computer and this one is way faster and a lot better looking. The color changing case was a very nice touch. I would recommend this computer to anyone and everyone!!

While a little sluggish out of the box on its first boot, it warms up rather quickly and allows me to play the games that struggle to run on my Mac such as Rocket League and GTA V. I'm able to run both of these games at high settings, and I'm satisfied overall with its performance. Like the reviews before me, the fans can get a little loud, but when surfing the internet or doing any other basic task, the fans run rather quietly. They're not loud enough to be a nuisance. It's a great buy for the price. However, I would have liked to see an SSD and/or another 8GB of ram. These can be added on separately at the owner's expense.

This PC has an awesome value for the price, considering the components inside and all the bonuses you get along with it. The RX 580 combined with the Ryzen 5 1400 is more than enough for smooth gaming at 1080p 60fps. If you wanted to build a PC with the same components, you would actually end up paying more and would also have to add the cost of the mouse and keyboard as well as the rgb lighting. Overall, I have absolutely zero complaints about this system. Great Value! I recommend.

Upon initial boot it blue screened and I had to spend time getting OS reinstalled. Worst purchase ever made from Best Buy

The performance of this PC is on par for what I would expect. The Ryzen 5 cpu is equivalent to a 2-3 generation i7 and is very competent. The GPU is also plenty good for 1080p and even 2k gaming. REAL WORLD PERFORMANCE Fortnite on 1440p with epic graphic settings stays well above 30fps, even while streaming with the same computer to Twitch at 720P 60fps 3500kbps with OBS. So as a gaming rig, this computer is very competent for the price. Things it's lacking.... No SSD, which makes the computer seem sluggish when opening new programs and booting up windows. This can easily be upgraded. I would recommend replacing the CPU cooler on it with something reputable. The one included doesn't look like it will last. Last but not least, the fans seem to be running on max....or are simply a little loud. This isn't a big deal as there are things that can be done to remedy this. There are many pro's to this computer that completely outshine the very minor cons. I would highly recommend this computer. After specking and pricing out building it myself, It was clear that I couldn't do it for a cheaper price and still achieve the same performance, partly due to the insane GPU price inflation caused by Bit Mining. Good buy, would purchase again, Highly Recommend.

Product packed well and comes well-appointed with a gaming keyboard and mouse. Up and running in less than 10 minutes from unpacking. Runs my Overwatch game like a champ! Suggest updating new windows drivers but for all the components (Ryzen 5, Radeon RX580, Windows 10, and internal components like RAM, power supply and fans), you are getting your money's worth!

I've never written a review before, but I think this computer's more than earned it. I bought it for gaming - specifically for DS3 (because my old pc would actually crash during the intro cinematic it was so bad) - and it's more than exceeded expectations. I can run games like Overwatch no problem and even games like Dark Souls 3 on highest graphics settings with no difficulties. Just don't get greedy and try to play both at the same time, because I can confirm that the computer cannot handle that level of stupidity.

Out of the box this beast looked great. Easy to hook up but when I powered it on my display blinked but displayed no signal. Checked with all three monitors with different connections. Nothing from the GPU or mobo connections. Tightened all boards and plugs still nothing. Had to return it.

The Computer is Awesome! My Son's first gaming computer and it was much more than we expected. The setup was extremely easy. The gaming started right away and the graphics and speed are awesome! Not that it is necessary, but its cool to know we can upgrade at any time.The lights are great and the keyboard and mouse work extremely well.

I received the first one through the mail and it had defective graphic card. I took it to the geek sqauad and then they gave me a new one they had in stock. That one was also defective. So I returned it for a full refund.

Has the bells and whistles for a prebuilt. good starter gaming PC for a kid. No CD/DVD drive.
