This computer runs all games I have played on it well, looks amazing, and was very easy to set up. This is also a very reasonable price (almost cheaper than the parts that make it up).

Decent For The Price, a bit generic though.

I've worked on PC's and built gaming rigs for a long time, and I must say this is pretty good for the price, though not great. I haven't been keeping up on the latest graphics cards, but do know a little more about Nvidia. The RX 580 can run most games on high settings, but very few on very high or ultra. If so you have to crank the settings down (a lot) or you'll definitely burn this thing up, in probably under a year or 6 months. The fans are cheap, and there are 5 of them. One on the CPU, 2 on the card (GPU) itself, one on the inner back pushing air out. And a strange place for one in the lower "front", of the case. And yes under heavy load they are so loud it's really frightening, wondering if it's going to just shut down at any moment. I also noticed many basic games have a lot of LAG in them, or stuttering. I think this is mainly due to the low VRAM of 4GB on the card. With todays games i'd recommend no less than the RX 580 with 8 gigs of VRAM. The case is nicely built, and seeing inside through the tampered glass is a cool feature as well. But if you look closely you can see a lot of cheap parts were used. The small cable ties hold many things in place, including the lights, which are put around the case, well, quite generically imo. And the fan cables are held in that way as well. Yes they are cheap, and I think they could have used higher quality materials. So it's a decent rig for what it is, just don't expect to run many of todays games without glitches, freezing, and framerate drops. The card just can't handle the stress. I should have expected this for the price point, and at first I did think the card was the 8gig version. For most people it should suffice, for hardcore gamers, move up to a 1070 gtx or something close to it. Lastly, the card is huge and fits into the small PCI-E slot, upon opening it you'll notice you have to take out a giant piece of plastic foam protecting the card. Well this is for good reason, as soon as you remove it (which you have to), the card drops down slightly because it's to large for the slot. And nothing is holding it up. Something MSI should take into consideration. I honestly don't even know how it stays hooked in without bending the card. Either way it's bad engineering. But you get what you pay for...I would probably say 2.5 stars but you can't give that rating, unfortunately.

      Dear Jerm,

We are sorry to hear of your experience with the PC. It is standard for the card to also be mounted to the case for support. Now a day you may find a small handful of configurations where the case allows the video card to be placed on a strategically placed riser card to not stress out the original PCI slot as well as to display the card for aesthetics. Regarding the performance the video card can run many games on higher and any higher and the performance will vary. If you have any questions please feel free to give our support agents a call.

I was super excited to purchase my first computer in several years. After doing a ton of research i came up with a few rules- RULES #1 - thou shalt have a dedicated graphics card #2 - thou shalt have at least 8 GB RAM #3 - thou shalt not spend $800 This computer hit the trifecta for me. I am able to rock World of Warcraft and Fallout 4 on ultra graphics. It pairs nicely with an ASUS 24" monitor btw :)

I bought this computer to get the oculus. So far the computer is holding up to its reviews. I like the speed and the graphics when playing the xbox on it. Will be purchasing the oculus at a later time this month. I cant wait to see how it does with the oculus. This computer was on the oculus website as one of its recommended pcs. I'm new to the gaming pc. So far I like the design and style of it. The red lighting is pretty cool. The noise of the fans is pretty normal I would think for a high-powered computer. I also like the feel of the keyboard and mouse. overall I like the computer so far.

    Great Gaming Computer/ Low Price

Lately, I have really been wanting a gaming computer. I knew that I would have to do a lot of research if I was going to invest in one, and I knew that I could trust Best Buy to give me accurate information. I have never gone anywhere else other than Best Buy for my computers. So going into it, I knew what I wanted, and I found one of the sales representatives if this gaming system would be able to do everything that I needed it to do. Namely, I wanted something with a strong hard drive, decent memory, and something that I could build on in the future. The sales person there really seemed to know what he was talking about, and I appreciated that very much. Anyways, my games usually consist of Sims 3, Sims 4, Dragon Age: Inquisition, and then I really wanted to get my start in Assassin's Creed and Call of Duty on a PC. And I can already tell that this gaming system is the perfect fit for me. Plus, I am able to build onto it and add more if I needed to! I think that is one of the best things about this product. It comes with instructions already in the box for whenever you want to expand the hard drive. So this takes out all the unnecessary hassle that people sometimes find themselves in when trying to build their own computers. It comes right out of the box nicely, all you have to do is hook up the chords. Not only that, but it comes with a keyboard and computer mouse! Which separately, could cost a lot more. So the only other needed expense is the monitor. So combining all of these things really makes a low price nice deal, and then you can invest in a nicer monitor as well for a great visual gaming experience. Anyways, if you are looking for a great starter gaming computer, but don't want to pay $1,000's of dollars, can't afford to buy everything separately, and don't want to build your own computer, I would definitely go with this system.

I am new to the PC world, so my boyfriend bought this build for me so I could game, and I am in love! Love the look, and I don't think the fans are too noisy. Easy setup, and easy to use right off the bat!

Let me start by saying that the best buy i went to had the greatest customer service, I had bought a unit but could not for the life of me get it to output to my monitor, i tried different ports, cords, monitors, nothing worked. The next day I took it into the store and explained my issue, and within minutes they had a new system up front for me and took care of the exchange. I took the new one home and hooked it up and everything worked without a problem. I have no real experience with a gaming computer, but so far this one has worked really well for me. I played games like Subnautica, ARK survival, on their basic settings and this computer has had no issues/lagging at all yet. Very Satisfied with this.

    Excellent Product

I have been computer gaming since Kings Quest 1 and this is the best pre-built PC I have ever owned hands down. Before I purchased this, I researched it extensively, posted on forums, watched on line videos, etc. This is a solid product. Customer service is excellent, happy to help, knowledgeable, and they speak very good English. This PC is well put together with quality components. This thing is fast and will run every AAA title I have thrown at it @ high - very high settings. The people who complain about the fans don't know what they are talking about, it is a gamming rig not a mac book. Better cooling = louder fans, when I am not gamming I can barely hear it. Of note if you use this with an xbox one controller: when the batteries get low in the controller it will cause some games to crash/freeze up. It took me many hours to figure this out. I was getting ready to send it back, changed the controller batteries and resolved all problems. It is something to do with the battery indicator feature of the controller that does not play well with PC games. DIY/PC Builders: I had been planning to build a PC for almost a year. With prices for memory and GPU's steadily rising, I started looking at pre-builds. I couldn't be happier with my choice. Every component is solid and from a reputable manufacturer. The RX 580 graphics card is going for around $500 by itself right now, so even at $799 this item is a steal. No one else is offering this card in their computers at this price point - not even on the Cyber PowerPC web site. Also of note, this PC is JUST LIKE one you would build yourself, no bloat ware or other annoying things to contend with, just Win10 and some Cyber PowerPC case badges.

This PC runs so smoothly, this is my first gaming PC and it was definitely worth it. It runs most games on High if not on Ultra High, I’m constantly at 60+ FPS. Only downside is the fans are a little loud but if you wear headphones you won’t even notice.

I received this CyberPowerPC as a Christmas gift two days ago, and I've since tested games from every genre and intensity and I'm happy to say I'm very pleased! Everything has worked very well for me and the LED color changing lights are just beautiful. I enjoy playing around with the different modes of the lights. The graphics drivers were easy to install and optimize and since then my gaming has been very fast and enjoyable. Excellent!

Being a new PC gamer, I was in search of something that would allow me to have a good experience with. This PC gave me everything and more! Great graphics card and easy to set up. The only downfall I guess would be that it doesn't come with a CD drive (not enough to down star it though). There is a lot of room for upgrades inside the tower. This has been a blast using this and I look forward to gaming more and more.
