The Gamer Ultra Desktop is great for beginners on PC gaming the price is good and the PC is better. One example is if you get this PC when it is 50 dollars off it will be 3 dollars less than buying all the parts of this PC and building it your self and that is without the free keyboard and mouse and the lights inside the PC. Another perk is the company is great after buying this product and registering it you can get free gifts like a gaming mouse pad (I have this and am very satisfied) for just answering a quick survey. One down side is that it can be hard to get one they sell very fast and are almost always sold out within 20 minutes. I just recently purchased this computer. First off, I ordered it and picked it up from the store closest to me later that day. Absolutely no problems or complaints with the customer service I received at the store. Secondly, this rig is a powerhouse of a machine for the cost. I was planning on building my first PC from the ground up, but with the costs of GCUs and RAM sticks, It was too hard not to pass up this deal. I did a lot of research on prices of components, and the only way that I can justify Cyberpower making any money, is that they have a bunch of GCUs in stock already. Anyway, this machine is great for early, mid level gaming. If you want high frame rates on ultra settings, then you will want something more beefy, I am glad that I purchased this instead of building my own. Thank you Cyberpower and Best buy.

This is a great computer for every kind of use that we need it for. Gaming mostly. The only problem we have and we are unsure if it is the tower or the screen that the problem is with. Sometimes we will turn the tower on and the screen will not pick up the signal, it will say HDMI 1 no signal. We have tried a different HDMI cord and no change. What we have to do is a hard motherbored restart and that will get it working. Other then that we have no problems with this computer!!!

This is my first gaming computer I've ever purchased. Set up was a breeze and explained well in the instructions. Everything works as promised and I am very happy with my decision to go with Cyberpower for my computer. (Using this computer for work and gaming) However, I will note that the computer's fans are a little loud when they all kick on simultaneously.

It runs all the latest triple A titles and at smooth frame rates, the case and RGB lighting was nice, cable management is good and it is very upgradable, highly recommend it!

I purchased this computer for my son because he likes to game. He's also in several college classes. This computer meets both standards in that it provides solid gameplay (60+fps in 1080p) and it allows him to do his assignments online with ease. I would definitely recommend this to a buyer who enjoys to game and is also trying to do schoolwork!

This system exceeded my expectation when i bought this and am beyond happy that i did. It was extremely fast out of the box and went right to playing league with no issues. Can not recommend this product enough to anyone looking for a good gaming PC! Love the lights also.

This is my first gaming computer and I've been very impressed with it so far. It is all a plug and play system should be. I had some confusion unboxing the system as it came with two CDs but didn't have a dvd/cd drive so I was confused. But besides that played a couple online game on it last night for the first time and it ran really smooth.

This computer was on sale for less than $650 for Black Friday. I had seen the good reviews and I can say that they are all true. This is a great system for the price. The parts used in the rig are all high-quality and I am not having any noise issues like some others.

My girlfriend and I came across this PC while window shopping. It ended up being the computer we both needed to PC game. It has all of the specs you would need to run any game on high or even ultra mode. I would 10/10 recommend this computer to anyone if you are trying to get into PC gaming but don't want to hurt your wallet doing so.

While the computer is good, it's a tad misleading in a good way i guess. When i bought it, it was advertised with a Ryzen 5 1400, my system actually has a 1600. The GPU is the same, an RX 580 XFX Looking at photos of this computer i've noticed i have different RAM but it is the same spec as the other ones The motherboard appears to be different as it is a B350M Bazooka The power supply is different as well, I haven't seen the power supply because i do not want to rip the system apart just to see it but it has different cables and does not display its name. The HDD is probably the same, it's 1tb. And the case might as well be completely different as it seems to be either a newer/older version of the case and does not feature inside RGB lighting, only on the outside, if you want the inside to light up you're out of luck despite what the product shots show. So, overall, it's good but, I may be a special case as i got better parts?

I have only had this computer for a few days but so far I am very pleased with it. Runs my games flawlessly. The fans are very quiet and has plenty of venting to help keep it cool. The abundance of usb ports is a nice feature as well as the see through color changing case. I would have given 5 stars but the one drawback is no owner/user manual included which is not uncommon these days but I could not even find one to download.

Bought this on a whim in store, I've had it for about 3 weeks now and I'm still very happy with my purchase. Set up was very easy and graphics are amazing! If your a beginner gamer this is the perfect pc!

As my first gaming PC, this is absolutely amazing. I can finally play games I haven't been able to play before, and it runs smoothly with the ability to go max on graphic quality for most games. Of course, this is just a few minor things to be said about this. There is many more fantastic features that I have not said.

Comes with everything you need to get started except for a monitor. It runs very well and is a good cheap alternative to overly expensive gaming machines. Able to run with the big boys without breaking the bank for sure. Comes with a decent gaming keyboard and mouse as well. The case is a little large, but that is to be expected having such a low price point. It also makes it easier for future upgrades.

This is my first CyberPowerPC and I'm loving it so far!! I was hesitant to buy a pre-built, but I needed a PC quick. The tower leaves me plenty of room to modify in the future as well. This has everything I needed to get going right from the start. Absolutely zero lag on my games and runs my Adobe PS like a dream.

So I received this computer as a Christmas gift and love it so far. The setup was relatively easy. The only thing about this computer that I didn't like was that the cable management that the store had done, but this isn't all to bad, at least until I have to make the first part upgrade. In the box were a lot of discs that aren't really necessary since all the boot-up programs are pre-installed.
