Great computer, runs video games great on max settings. I mainly play league of legends and runs smooth on ultra settings.

I recently bought the cheaper version of this PC, but decided to take it back and get this one instead, and I am so thankful that i did! This PC has ran every game I've thrown at it with the highest settings no problems at all. Easily 60+ FPS. So happy I decided to spend the extra money in the end and get this one.

So first of all, bang up job on shipping. Computer arrived well packed and had no problems. I was nervous about shipping a desktop, but I needn't have worried. The computer was safe and sound the whole way, even traveling by UPS. Second, I purchased the computer on the 22nd of February in store and had it shipped due to being out of stock in store. I was told it would be here on the 27th. I checked the tracking number on the 24th and got a huge surprise, she was out for delivery! holy cow, three days early. I had to rush around and get things ready because I thought I had a few days to work on my workstation, but it was a good rush. Only thing that came loose during shipping was the LED strip but it was easily reapplied. Windows startup took only about 20 minutes and I was good to go. PC boots in seconds. VERY impressed with this computer. Awesome job Best Buy and CyberPower PC. I've recommended to my wife that she get one as well. Will be doing business with this company for some time. For those with questions on what it has in it. Mine came with an MSI Bazooka B350M/A320M motherboard, an MSI Radeon 580 4GB graphics card, 8GB of XPC ADATA DDR4 RAM and an EVGA Bronze Certified 450w Power Supply. It has one fan in the rear and one in the front as well as the CPU Cooler. The fans seem to be the ones that come with the Phantax Case. Cable management was well done and it seems mine doesn't have the loud fan issue. It is almost silent until I get in an intensive game and then it ramps up a bit. All in all an awesome PC and definitely couldn't build this for the price. When it says VR ready it means it. I ran the steam VR program and got greens across the board. Oh and the keyboard and mouse are a great value too. The keyboard is a membrane keyboard, but it is one of the better ones I've used. It has a nice bounce to it that (aside from the absence of the clicky sound) almost feels mechanical. The mouse is a really nice adjustable weighted and corded mouse with nice action in the buttons and a responsive scroll wheel with extremely defined steps. The middle click is easy enough to actuate and there are a slew of buttons all over the side if programming additional keys is something you like to do. All in all a great addition to the computer. Great overall PC for anything really there was just one problem and that is the fans seem to be spinning a lot faster than they actually need to but luckily that was a easy fix with MSI after burner. Gaming with this thing is basically a guaranteed to run the things I would upgrade would be a SSD and more ram.

I purchased this PC this week and its ran Overwatch and Players Unknown without an issue. It looks great and has a nice build quality. Comes with an MSI B350M gaming pro motherboard with red LEDs. The RX 580 plays well and graphics look nice. Only change is I will add more RAM, comes with 8GB and I would like at least 16GB.

Bought this pc for my son who is new to pc gaming. He loves it! Not only does it look cool it's also user friendly!

Easy set-up, very fast computer. Sure hope it holds up to the reputation as I will be using this for photo editing.

This PC is really great for the gamers like me who cant spend a lot of money at this. I actually didnt expect it to be this good. But then I played and played and here i am writing this review on it. I was a little skeptical about purchasing a pre-built PC, but I must say, CyberPowerPC delivers! Everything is ready to go straight out of the box. The only thing you have to do is remove the foam inside the tower and make sure all components are secure to the motherboard. Everything has a durable, high quality feel - including the keyboard and mouse! I instantly installed Steam and Fortnite as soon as set everything up and I'm able to run on ultra settings. Amazing! I would highly recommend CyberPowerPC to anyone, especially console gamers looking to make the transition to PC. CyberPowerPC takes the hassle out of figuring out which components to purchase and then installing everything!

This PC is awesome! It comes equipped with the new AMD Ryzen processor and the Rx 580 graphics card to power all your gaming demands. The graphics card alone is worth the price of the computer due to the high demand of it from the ether win mining community. This has got to be the best $700 i have ever spent in my life.

Well when I got it as a gift, I did had a couple of issues. 1. Screws were too tight and 1 was placed crooked so it was even harder to get out. 2. Starting out everything was slow, but in a couple of minutes, it got better. 3. I did not had the proper monitor cables ready. Overall at the end it worked well just a couple of minor issues that were solved really fast, and the slow startup is just temporary. I have seen reviews about many terrible common issues, and hopefully I dont come across them, but I would recommend this computer just do a better job with screws on the side panel, and its perfect.

i would recommend this product to anyone just starting out in the gamming world. it is very great for the price

I purchased this computer as a Christmas gift for my son. The price on Dec 16, 2017 was $599 with digital download of Quake. I never received the digital download in any spam folder, inbox etc. but received all invoices and marketing emails from BestBuy. I've been in the store and on the phone for the last three days. Christmas vacation will be over before he ever gets to play the game. The digital download is supposed to be emailed within 24 hours of the confirmation of purchase. Webroot was also supposed to be included but was not. The price of the computer is a nice deal but I mainly bought it taking into account a free $60 game. I had other problems with the computer when setting up. The power cord has to be pushed in very securely. It appears that it is in but actually isn't secured all the way. If the power doesn't come on or you move it I found that to be a problem the same as other users. During initial bootup the computer did stall for a long time and I eventually turned it off which fixed the installation stall. One user posted an 8 hour stall previously. Documentation could be better as I did not receive a windows 10 disk only two CD rom disks (Computer does not come with CDROM). I did not have a Windows sticker on the computer. It is now supposed to be on the motherboard according to best buy employee but I haven't not verified that yet. I consider the power cord problem and boot up / installation minor problems and was able to get the computer running and all updates installed on Christmas Day. I also had the same problem with MSI registration as previous user who posted after registering product MSI website doesn't recognize process. In Store Best Buy customer service employee Dakota and his manager were great on Dec 26th. Phone employees were nice but so far failed to deliver the Quake digital download within 24 hours each day.

Used the PC for 7 years and have had no problems with the PC.

This pre build pc is good for its price and i like it it works like it should. 10/10 and its a pc i could use to have as my main pc but i only bought this because i needed a good pc that could hold all my stuff so my gaming pc woul not be so loaded with stuff but it is a really great pc.

A very good pc and it runs smoothly espically with my monitor picked up from best buy as well. Great PC
