So i was ecstatic for this. I've been gaming on a 2009 Dell Inspiron for about 8-9 years and was due for a serious upgrade. So I got this, set it up. Noticed it was EXTREMELY SLOW. Didn't know what was going on, but I couldn't run Runescape and youtube at the same time (480p) without youtube not buffering and lagging on runescape. Weird. A friend of mine asks me to make sure I have all the drivers up to date. I checked the AMD website and noticed it was out of date so I begin updating. 5 minutes into the update, my monitor (ASUS 24" 144hz refresh VG248 also brand new) goes all pixel-y and turned off, I get a "NO DVI DETECTED" signal on the monitor. After 30 minutes of a black monitor, I hard shut-down the PC with the power button. I turn it back on. Its working fine, just still slow. Later on the same day, I get a windows 10 update 1709 notification so begin updating windows 10. Around 10%, same thing happens. Monitor goes blank, "NO DVI DETECTED." Forced to hard shut down PC again. I turn it back on, working, restart the update. Around 50%, black monitor, "NO DVI DETECTED." I have no idea whats going on, but it seems every single time I attempt a crucial update, I get a "NO DVI DETECTED" signal and am forced to shut down the PC via the power button, possibly damaging it further. The monitor, mouse, keyboard, PC are all DAY 2 out of the box. I have no idea whats going on, but its also running several times slower than my 9 y/o laptop. I was getting about 100kBps download speed with league of legends, twitch chat client, discord client. Took about 8 hours to download and install League of Legends compared to about 20 minutes on my laptop. I trust the company is a great one, the reviews reflect that! I think I just ended up with a faulty product. Please help!!

I just got the computer home and set it up it runs flawlessly I'm glad I picked this computer

I just bought this computer recently so I haven't been able to check out everything, but as far I can tell I got my moneys worth with this computer. I'm not very tech savy so it took me a little while to get everything set up but it wasn't very hard. My only complaint is that I wish that it came with a cd slot but I will have to buy that later. It runs well, and works for exactly what I bought it for (to play games, surf web, ect.).

Overall this was a great computer, I had many doubt about buying a computer rather than buying it. But i realized that i didn't have time to start building one, so i talked to my tech heavy cousin about computers and he recommened me this one. There's only one big issue i have and its the fact the my power cable is extremely lose into the power outlet on the computer and it easily falls off and not turning on my computer or accidentally falling off, I hope to receive a new one though, other than that I really enjoy the computer, especially the LED's

Set up was straight forward. Just connect everything and go. Nice and quiet and looks great.

It was all set up out of the box. All I had to do was plug in some wires and it was working fine.

Great for the price as there is a high end GPU inside and a quad-core CPU. Overall, it is a great computer, however, it can be a bit loud.

Bought this PC today and it works well so far, enjoying it, but one problem is that I can't find the webroot code for my 6 months of antivirus? anyone know how or where to get it.
