Great 1st time gamer machine
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We were plugged into the HDMI on the motherboard which is easily located and we got the message HDMI not connected.Called customer support,they were great as they told us how to locate the HDMI input on the graphics card due to a plastic connector covering / protecting it.Very good performance/graphics....WOW THIS IS GREAT.....compared to the DELL dektop :-)

Best Starter Gaming PC out there
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I work as a streamer on twitch and I haven't found a single other product that compares,it includes all the peripherals, 1 year of antivirus,and a few other perks :) Perfect for starting out. I had to laugh because it came with the cd's for windows 10 and a couple other things but there is no disc drive on this one lol. luckily they were preinstalled.

Good buy for people not looking to build their own

I'm not disappointed but there were a few issues 2 months after purchase, but their customer service is great so its been a smooth process for me to get it back to 100%. Out of the box everything was ready for me to use, I didn't really have to set anything up which was really nice. It booted up quickly and it's seemingly always quiet whenever I'm using it to do anything.

Powerful PC with a Reasonable Price

Pros: * The specs are really good for the price tag. *Customizable LED lights, or you can just turn it off. *Really quite even on the most taxing jobs (gaming, etc.) Cons: * No Disc drive, which makes installing older programs a bit of an issue. I also encountered an issue with the mouse, for some reason it just didn't work for a specific period. It wasn't a deal breaker for me though.
