I had to get it twice. The first computer was faulty since it kept crashing as in blue screen and the games engine was crashing as well (fortnite/unreal engine). It crashed about 2 times a day so I decided to return it since I only had a 15 day return policy and didn't want to risk anything. It was quite a hassle but I reordered it at the store right away for a cheaper price since it went down. It took about a week which was lucky for me since I was in Cabo for vacation. This time the computer works fine it hasn't crashed yet in any way so far. I am able to edit and export 2.7k videos of my Cabo vacation as well as play 2.7k resolution on multiple games. I'd give my first computer a 1 star, but my 2nd one 4 stars so for my rating i'd give it 3 stars.

Just received it, and I'm just about ready to set it up! Love the colors!!! I'm too hype to type anymore! Cant wait to start gaming on it!

I was honestly a console player until my friends got me hooked onto pc gaming with his cyberpower pc so now I have one too and we game :P

Great pc for all games, runs all games on ultra at 140 frames+,and great storage space. I highly recommend this pc

This is a great computer for gaming, with very nice presentation. However, I am giving it a 3 since it doesn’t come wifi ready and does not come with a disc drive. For our use we would have purchased a different model that came wifi ready and had a disc drive. We were able to install a card inside the case and get wifi. Next project will be to get a disc drive installed.

This item does not have a 240GB hdd it has a 120GB hdd. Also it does not have built in wireless like the post states. Also this model has a fan issue that makes the fans run on full blast and is very loud. I will be returning this and buying a Dell.

I was expecting a pc with good wireless capability. The pc needs a cd drive and you need a good monitor with a high refresh rate to take advantage of the pc.

I purchased this for about 1100 during a sale and did not test until after the return period of 15 days. There were 2 loose screws rattling inside of the case when I removed the packing material, but no component appeared damaged or disconnected.. When I turned on the machine with video output from the graphics card, my screen stayed blank while it shows its receiving signal at 640x480. All fans and the RGB were powered and mouse and keyboard received power. Graphics card only spun up for a moment after I pressed the power button. I retested from the integrated graphics and after resetting the CMOS with the same result. If you purchase this, test it immediately and if anything is wrong, you can return it. I'll just have to hope customer service can help me. I will post an update as a comment to this review when I continue with tech support.

Waited two weeks for the PC to arrive, plugged it in and it crashed. probably due to mechanical issues caused by shipping. It looked cool though.
