Computer arrived exactly as described/pictured. It also included a Cooler Master fan upgrade already! There is venting on the top of the case which also surprised me.

Iv had almost 6 months now with no issues. Did add a larger CPU cooler and 16gb more ram. Wish it had a larger hardrive but for the price cant complain.

Set up was quick and easy. No quirks or damage to the desktop at all and everything runs smoothly. Only complaint is that it comes with windows 11, would prefer windows 10

Got this desktop and haven't had problems with it. Definitely runs warmer than most but its an easy fix.

Everything seems to be working except the GPU. It keeps crashing my games and even gave me a BSOD once. I've had it for about two days and I've tried to update the GPU driver, and rolled it back when that didn't fix it. I'm not sure what to do anymore and am going to have to contact CyberPowerPC support.

I bought this pc before Christmas, so it is relatively new. Specs are great but there is an issue with this pc I didn’t know about.
When I turn on the computer, I get a blank screen on my monitors that says no signal is detected (I would say this happens 50% of the time). I regret for not doing google search “cyber power issues” before getting this pc.
I must do a forced shutdown and turn it back on for it to send signal to the monitors. I know the problems are not the monitors because I already tested them on two different computers, and they are always detected.
I never took it to Best Buy because I was hoping the issue was going to be fixed with an update or something… I just missed the return day, and I don’t know what to do now.
I’m a software developer student who put all my savings into it hoping I would be able to code on this computer for a couple of years but now I’m worried because I know that regularly doing a forced shutdown will possibly do some damage to it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

We got this for my teenage son for Christmas. This is his second gaming computer so he wanted an upgrade. All of the Best Buy employees highly recommended this PC. We got it home and he has not been able to use his new PC and we haven’t been able to travel to a Best Buy yet to get further help as we had to go 3 times back to back when purchasing this PC. The screen resolution is locked at an abnormally extra large size and it cannot be change. We have chatted and let the geek squad VPN into my sons computer. We were told that it was due to Windows 11. I don’t think that is the problem because they sell a lot of PC’s everyday and there would be a lot of upset customers out there. They told us to just wait for the update to Windows and see if that helps. We spent almost $2500 on the total purchase of the PC, New Monitor, Headphones, Tech Support and so on. I feel that we should receive better support and this product should function when we get home with it.
