I'm so disappointed in this PC. It can't run many games without overheating and turning the games off. My son has a different, less advanced model that can run everything I can't. Now I have to jump through all the hoops to try to get it running properly.

Motherboard was defective

The computer arrived with a non-working motherboard. I delivered it to Best Buy, unopened to get my data transferred. They discovered that it did not work when they checked it out and promptly notified me. They didn't have that model in stock so I returned it and exchanged it for another computer.

The PC worked pretty well for the first month or so but now it’s been about 3 and 1/2 months and I’m having multiple issues that i can’t seem to fix (some gaming related, others general PC related). Since it’s been over 3 months I can no longer return the PC so now I’m not sure what to do with it.

Got this computer for my son for Christmas, had to take it to geek squad because it kept crashing. Geek squad had it for a day and got an email that said it was ready to be picked up. Was told we would get a phone call if they could not fix so we could bring the box, cords etc.. They said if you get an email then it’s fixed. When we went to pick it up they told us they could not fix and that we would have to return/exchange. -very frustrating as they are not close to us. They did not have any In store so we had to order a new one. After waiting a week for it to arrive, same problem- it crashes. Returning and not buying another. Very disappointed as it had such great reviews

Paid decent money for this pc. I get it out of the box, turn it on and it runs super hot! I call tech support and they tell me to leave the side cover off! They said for me to buy more fans? Why would you sell this if you know it overheats?

For some reason when I plugged it with my monitor it saids that it had it issue, I thought it was my monitor’s had an issue but it turned out that some important file in the pc is gone missing. And this pc’s fans aren’t doing there work.

I thought it was a great computer for the Price.
Cons:
Wifi would stop working randomly.
Ethernet Port would disconnect Automatically (driver not found)
Bluetooth would disconnect Automatically (Driver not found) Restart would fix it
I never knew a New computer would have problems like from the start.
I bought a Dell from cost for $50 with the exact same specs and that computer has worked like a champ without any issues.
I was hesitant on buying a Knockoff brand computer. I wish I would gone with my gut feeling.
It sucks when I am gaming and my bluetooth keyboard and headset would just disconnect. I am not a computer guru but my guess maybe they put a used or non professionally refurbished mother board in this.

1st off i must thank best buy for talking me into the 200 total tech package that allowed me to return this product. With that said i ordered this Pc to play wow on a 2020 sony 900h tv. The unit looks super cool booted right up with tons of eye candy, than locked up or reset every 5 minutes when playing the game. I downloaded all the updates adjusted the video settings , checked for heat issuses, used a 2.1 hdmi cable in the 2.1 inputs of the tv, reloaded wow and everything else a basic owner like me could think of. I reached out for some advice from my gamer friends, and after 3 days of not playing any games and being upset i returned it to Best buy with no issues or hastle. I recommend best buy 5 stars, This Pc not to anyone, looks cool, doesn't work for 1 simple game for over 1600.00.

I just purchased this Pc (For Gaming) and every time I load up a game it runs perfectly for about 5 - 10 minutes... And the crashes. It happens with every game I play, and some games wont even launch, giving me an TPM error. I checked to see if my TPM 2.0 is enabled and it is, I also checked to see if my secure boot was enabled in the bios... And it is. I have all the most recent graphics driver installed, and all the most recent windows updates. I'm at a loss, and out a lot of money on a pc that cant do the one thing I bought it for. If anyone else has had this issue, or knows a fix, please let me know.

It starts up fast...
However, my graphic card driver wouldn't update so I had to factory reset the PC. Apex didn't run the first time I install it. It was fine the 2nd time after I factory reset the pc. Call of Duty crashes every 1-10 minutes depends on the PC's mood. I tried every way to try to get it fix, and I even went into geek squad to have them take a look. They couldn't fix it too. All other mini games are fine. Browsing is fine... but I don't really plan on using a $1.5k pc on just browsing.. The price is good if it doesn't crash and restarts itself so often while gaming. A new PC shouldn't have this many problem....
