Cyberpower disappointing.

Received it fine, set it up, downloaded some games, started to play and every game crashed seconds/minutes after starting play. Returned for an identical replacement. Set up, downloaded games and same issue. Returned it for a different brand, ASUS ROG. No issues. Would not recommend this brand or item.

Don't waste your money

But no matter what game I play, Apex, CS:GO, and the computer will crash. I downloaded the latest driver and checked the power supply. There is no problem. I think it is a problem with the graphics card. I don't know why it keeps crashing.

Stay away

I found it was over heating because the cooling fans weren’t working. Took cover off and found the plug to fans was bent during assembly. Got the fans working and it still over heated playing a simple game of cod . Do not waste your money on this. Very poorly assembled with cheap parts

Needed to upgarde Fan right out of box

You have to upgrade the cooling fan. I called and the spoke to someone and they told me i had to update the fan to play the game and not have it over heat. If you are going to stream and plays games, be prepaired to spend and upgrade the fan day one.

Return it to best buy if broken

They wanted me to send them the pc back and wait 2-3 weeks before they sent it back fixed. I ended up going to best buy and they took it back and exchanged it for a ibuypower pc.

Defective and Horrible

The first one I bought had to be returned right away with a defective graphics card. The second one that I picked up on December 3rd 2021 is not working. Cyberpower can’t help troubleshoot anything online. I have to send it in for a month. The window to return closed a little over a week ago. Stuck with a lemon and so far Best Buy is not being helpful either.

Can’t play games on gaming computer….

Until you try to play a game, you know what it’s intended to do, it crashes after 5 min of any game. I’ve sent it in once and I’m sure I will have to again because after almost a month gone getting “repaired” still have the same issue. Customer service is extremely sub par and non responsive most of the time. Wish I would have listened to the other reviews.

Constantly Crashes

This CPU constantly crashes and isn't reliably usable. The Geek Squad tested it and said its fine. I showed them videos of it crashing and they can't figure out why. I'll never buy this brand again!!!

Received a Faulty PC

I spoke with CyberpowerPC customer support and they sent me new RAM, which did not fix the issue. After the waiting period to receive the new RAM I am now out of my window to return this PC and CypowerPC is saying I have to pay for the shipping to send the item in for repair. Just awful.

Very Disappointed.

Day 1 nothing crazy was going on. But by day 2-3 nothing would stay on. Every game was crashing and it blue screened my a couple times. Even if I was gaming on 1080p on Med Settings and get about 15 mins in before the whole device would power down or blue screen. Tad bit upset for 1600 dollar PC.

TRASH PC THAT KEEPS CRASHING

Changes this pc for a total of 4 times. The first time the audio jacks didn't work. Then the next 3 times the pc crashed 5-10 minutes of playing a game. GTA would just crash to desktop and so would Forza. It also BSOD a couple of times as well. Pc would also get very hot. Overall trash pc and trash company.

First Time PC Gamer Experience
