I purchased 2 of these computers and my wife's tower has no working LED lights. After taking pictures and several emails, Cyberpower sent her a kit. Needless to say there is NO open connections to hook this up. She asked several times if she could take it to BB to have them fix it and the question was ignored. I will NEVER purchase from BB or CP again. Too much money for such horrible Customer Service.
