Bought for my child for gaming and absolutely she loves it!

Having only had this PC for only 3 months, my son's already experienced a RAM card failure. I have read reviews and they're generally good, but it's already got me considering whether I should have just built a Gaming Computer.

Ordered this computer on Black Friday, was excited when it came in but come to find out it was sent without the proper windows 11 downloaded. I got the computer for my nephew and the whole reason we got it was for gaming and we could not access the Microsoft store or even down load any game engine. So we use our geek squad only to be told that we do not have the right service so I purchase the remote access or whatever just to find out they couldn’t fix it $180 later So we got another one ordered and the new one that came in has a different setup than the original where the chords for the monitor go. This one only has one hdmi and display port when the first had two of each Not sure if that is correct on the video ports but just a big hassle all together

bought it for streaming starts lagging when you use a capture card would not recommend for this.

-100..bought an 800$ PC for son for xmas, it didn't work, it would restart over and over.. LED lights didn't work. Sent it back and now i cannot get a hold of anyone, money gone and no PC..i used to hold Best Buy in high regard..I'll see them in court ..

Will Never buy from Best buy again. Protect yourself when sending them broken merchandise. Video,take pictures of everything and get receipts from UPS. They will deny receiving it or say they received the wrong product and refuse to give you your replacement computer that you were promised or give you back your money.

I use Microsoft Office and Photoshop regularly. On my old computer which was a gaming laptop, it would still struggle to open these applications quickly. I decided to buy a desktop computer and I am extremely happy with that decision. Everything opens super fast and runs very smoothly. I created an account for my son for gaming and this computer handles his games like a champ. I was told that the graphics card makes a bigger difference in running games than the main processor...I guess this is true, especially with the 8gb card. I am very happy with this purchase and the customizability of the lights, keyboard, and mouse.

Did the initial set up and did not work. As soon has I rebooted pc after install everything became pixelated. Returning immediately. Not sure if I’m getting another or looking for a different brand. Like HP Omen.

Advertised that it had 1 HDMI port and 2 display ports, the one I got only has 1 display port, 1 hdmi port, and 1 VGA port, it also has ports for older equipment that you don't see on desktop towers these days like the old mouse and keyboard ports.

big storage, good graphics, runs very smooth, is easy to upgrade and maintain

This computer was super easy to set up and is beautiful to look at. We can't wait to game on it. We were excited to find a machine for our boys that had a 4000 series NVIDIA graphics card with expandable ram and a 1 TB hard drive for a good price. And this machine is super quiet. You wouldn't even know it's running.

Computer fried after only having it for a little over a month.

First PC ever so I don’t have much to judge it by other than a MacBook, but I love it. I mainly use it for school and it runs a BUNCH of tabs all at once. Never had an issue loading there. As for gaming I play stardew valley with a ton of mods on it and it’s only a little bit slow on the initial start up, and Sims which sometimes lags but not enough to be upset by. Great for casual gaming and everything else!

Buying this gaming computer helped me out a lot. I had a Lenovo desktop previously which wasn't built for gaming and after this, I'm able to run games at 100-150 FPS with ease! I'm very satisfied with my purchase and the $825 price tag was also very cheap comparatively.

This is my first PC, and I've been really enjoying it so far! It runs games well and has enough storage for me to have multiple games downloaded. The colors don't change very often, but I am okay with that. Overall, I think it's a great deal and a good PC!

Really easy to use, it comes with a keyboard and mouse to get you started as well! I played Fortnite on it and it runs really well. Great started PC! Really nice employees also.
