Q: how do i change the LEDs? the components aren't compatible with aura sync/creator.
A: Download the app "MSI Center" from the Microsoft Store
A: I had this issue as well, click the Windows button on your taskbar, and the Microsoft store should appear in the "Pinned" app list. Click on it and then it will install. If this is not working then you need to contact Microsoft support through their live chat and explain the issue :)
